Jax brides. Never. Ever. EVER go to Deerwood cleaners on Southside to have your dress cleaned. It took a month and a half and 8 phone calls bugging the shop to finally get my dress back, only to find a brand new lipstick mark on my dress that wasnt there before. Now I have to get it cleaned again and tell my buyer that she has to wait for me to ship her the dress.

Service was very impersonal and quick. When I picked up my items, they were not clean?!? My shirts were still dirty on the collar and wrist area. I would not recommend.
