I took in sheets and pillowcases to be landured and pressed What I got back was ridiculous. Pillow cases folded Every Witch Way and obviously not pressed. The sheets were even worse. Flat sheets not folded consistently and the fitted sheets just basically folded and kind of balled up. Then they put all my sheets and my pillow cases and one of those plastic bags that you get comforter sets in from the store; obviously reused. It is obvious these people do not know how to do laundry. We moved here recently from San Diego and I used to take my sheets and all my clothes as soon as my husbands uniform to the dry cleaners and what I got back was impeccable. Sheets starched and pressed and folded so tight you can snap a ruler on them. And then wrapped up in nice blue paper and tied with a string. Same way when I didnt San Francisco laundries there would start your sheets press about threesome even the curved sheets will be folded very nicely I think they have a special machine or a special technique. But not in Poinciana. Im posting photos so you can see. Did I mention that the trainee rang up my receipt wrong? $79.50 for 4 sheets and 10 pillowcases.

Buyer beware: I just want to dry clean America located in Poinciana by Publix. I had to pick up two dresses I dropped off a few days ago. When I was looking at the dresses what I had specifically asked for wasnt done. I needed one of the dresses for tomorrow so I could not wait for them to resend the one out and do what they were supposed to do in the first place. I asked if I left the one and came back if I could pay in full the almost 60 for services that at that point had not been done. The very rude woman said that I had to pay for the dress I was taking or I couldnt take it. WHAT?!? She admitted that they didnt do what they were supposed to do! Why would I have to pay them? Needless to say with police involvement and no reasoning to be had I paid and took all my dresses because it was very evident I wasnt going to get the services I needed there! Beware do not use them! They also took my very expensive hangers and dress bags and didnt know what happened to them!

They lose everything. They have lost several pieces of clothes over the years. Sadly they are the only location in Poinciana. Also, they claim to clean but Ive caught them where it is clear as day they did not. Example- I had soap on my cloths which would have came clean even with the littlest effect. It came back still with it on it. It was clear that all they did was press the pants. Then another time, it was clear that they only pressed it as it had the same perfume smell on it as when it went in. FYI- the only review that is good with the company (older lady in the photo) is the same person who works here. Clearly she would not rate it bad as Im guessing shes the owner. Trust me- take your clothes elsewhere.

Nothing but good things to say i have been a client for two years and can honestly say that they take care of your property as if it was theirs I have never had issues with my suits and they have always been returned in the best condition possible. I recommend to anyone in the poinciana area for this place.

The lady from New Jersey should not be working there. after a year of going there I cant take it any more. She is just a miserable know it all. Never liked her, what a horrible person. The quality of work is below average. They have lost clothes and pressed them wrong. I will NEVER go there agin.
