I was in Jacksonville for the weekend and noticed that I had a rather large water stain on a white blouse I wanted to wear. I am from Washington, DC and am very picky about the dry cleaners I choose for silk or more expensive pieces. In a bout of desperation, I brought my shirt to Park Place Cleaners at noon, and they had it finished and looking like new by 3:00 that same day! The thing that really blew my mind was that it only cost $5.00 for such a speedy service. Not to mention- the staff is wonderful- and clearly very efficient! I think Ill bring all of my dry cleaning down here from now on :)

Has a problem at their other location, was told to come here to talk to the owner. When asked to see the owner, was told "oh he isnt here, whats the problem?" When they know what its about, all of a sudden owner comes out from the back. LIARS! Owner then promises to pay for replacing the damaged clothes by writing me a check to pick up from the location off of southside. Go there the next day and check isnt there, and wont pay full amount back as promised. Worst place ever. The times Ive gone there, theyve ruined one thing or another. Never going there again, ever!

I heard about this dry cleaner from a friend, so I decided to try them out. I’ve been going to them for almost a year and I think it’s a great dry cleaner. If something goes wrong, I ask them to redo it and they kindly do it free of charge. They also do alterations and they do a great job!! The owner is very understanding and understood what I wanted to be done. They also give out great discount on dry clean!!

I am not sure what "anonymous" is referring to about poor customer service. I have used Park Place Cleaners for the past seven years and am extremely pleased with their service. I have had the opportunity to talk with the owners and they seem very nice and extremely concerned about the quality of their work. I highly recommend them and won’t take my clothes anywhere else for cleaning or alterations.

The people there are wonderful, and I can always count on them to have my suits and other clothes ready in a timelt fashion. Rachel always greets me in the mornings with a smile and kind words. There was on instance where I had an issue with a shirt and they worked very diligently to resolve my issue. If you have an issue with them, just let them know and they will resolve it. I find them fast and convenient.
