I dropped off a king sized comforter to be cleaned while my husband and I were in the process of moving. After a week I drove back to pick it up and paid 30 bucks for the service. I drove home and as soon as I pulled the plastic off I could tell the comforter was still dirty. I had to have it cleaned because it smelled like my dog and was covered with hair... well it STILL smells like my dog and is STILL covered with hair. This is the first and ONLY time I will use Fussy Cleaners. Im very disgusted with this place. If you want your clothes cleaned I suggest you go elsewhere or at least check before you leave the building. They wont refund my money or actually CLEAN the item because I took it home before realizing I had been charged for a service I never received.... 30 bucks for a hanger and a plastic cover what a scam!

Horrible place to work. Low pay, poor management and they are more concerned with production than quality. They allow employees to carry themselves in a unprofessional manner. They also have huge cockroaches all throughout the plant that they refuse to exterminate.

Fell in a parking deck puddle (a large one!!) in my 2-piece. Fussy got it cleaned out and spun back to me in 2 days at a very fair price. Highly recommended! (Fussy that is, not falling in a parking deck puddle :-) )
