I am so appaled by the "service" I received! I get that machines break, etc. It happens. However, I received a call to tell me my clothes would not be ready the same day. (Their prives are crazy high, but they promise them the same day.). I was told I would recieve a call with an update on when my clothes would be ready. I informed the super rude woman that I needed my clothes that day, so I would need to possible come in to pick them up and take them somewhere else quickly so I could take them to be cleaned. This is when she said "I will call you back to let you know." Um, you will let me know if I can have my OWN CLOTHES back??? I let it slide and waited for the call....that I never got! So I called the following day (after it was already too late) and she said...unprompted... :Oh, I forgot to call you but your clothes were done yesterday so you can come get them." Her rudeness and lack of concern for my needs honestly was annoying. I asked her if she could provide some sort of discount since not only did I have to wait, but since she failed to call me back. Her response? "They were done yesterday so no." I just hung up and picked my clothes up. SO.....when I went to pick my clothes up she was rude AGAIN. I asked her point blank if she cared if I returned. Of course she said "oh yes, of course you will return." I asked if there was anything she could do and she said no. I politely told her I was disappointed on many levels and I would not be coming back or recommending it to anyone. She ended up giving me a 10% discount, but all I really wanted was for her to act like she cared. Then in all of her bickering, she kept me held up for 10 minutes while she called her boss over to BLAME ME for asking for a discount. Disrespectful, rude, and my clothes look just the same as any other dry cleaner, except wrapped slopily. STAY AWAY! THEY WILL HAGGLE AND NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES!

Was on vacation and asked for my wifes dresses to be pressed and cleaned, they fell short of success at pick up. I really needed them preessed. Instead I had to rip out an iron and do it myself in the hotel room. When I asked for a refund, the owner argues. Would not recommend.

Overall OK. Clothes didnt come back extraordinarily clean, but price was fair for drop off wash and fold service. Very quick turnaround. Some local competitors will deliver your clothes back to your hotel, which is amazing - notnoffered here.

Over priced and poor quality. My clothes looked like they just came out of the hamper! Also, the box that they put my clothes into had trash in the bottom of it! Never again!
