Yesterday my mother made me aware that one of the packages she was waiting for was missing and when she tracked it the search showed that it had been already delivered, which was incorrect. I spoke to Woody and he was very helpful, he told me that he was going to get in contact with the person responsible for delivering to my area. Today Mr. Piotrkiewicz ( the carrier responsible)showed up to my mother’s place of work and very rudely told her that he was not responsible for misplacing my mother’s package and didn’t even let her address him. In all the years of using the postal service in Key Biscayne no one from their staff has ever treated my mother and even myself in this very threatening and unprofessional manner. Mr. Piotrkiewicz actions were very disrespectful and rude I am appalled at his conduct towards the people he is providing a service to. After all of these unnecessary back and forth’s my package still has not been found and all I’m left with is a bad impression of the Key Biscayne Postal office for the actions of one man.

They NEVER answer their phone DURING business hours. I have been trying to reach them for three days and nothing. Not to mention that once the DRIVER made a mistake in his delivery and attempted to deliver it to the wrong address. My item was marked as undeliverable, even though after checking with USPS my address was written down correctly. The woman on the phone explained that for an "unknown" reason, the driver took it to another spot. They were not able to resolve it even though the woman promised they would be directing the driver to have it return it to this location so I could pick it up. My package was not delivered until the following week. Could not be more disappointed.

I was dropping my disabled mother off at work at the ramp at the ramp at the Square Shopping Center. Ziggy a US postal worker was descending the ramp and refused to go around my car so that she would be able to disembark the car. Then he proceeded to reprimand us and expected that I drop her off at the other end of the mall so that he would not have to go around my car. Needless to say he had plenty of room to go around but was inconvinienced by having to go around. This behavior is un-necessary, mean and un-called for. Where is the humanity, chivalry and care for others? Certainly not in ZIGGY. :(

I am a guest assisting an elder family member living at the Towers. She has sent me to the Post Office several times recently. I have been fortunate to have received courteous, prompt, professional service each time. In light of others negative encounters with postal workers I hope my experience continues to be a positive one. It helps to have a sense of humor and good attitude as I find these stressed out hardworking people do respond in kind. Life is short baby.

I go to this post office very often. Id have to say that at times office staff if NOT friendly at all and ive heard this from a lot of people. Woody and Danny are always very nice and very helpful. But sales associate JIMMY is very rude and has no people skills whatsoever. I am going to call supervisor and report a complaint. I think that if you work with people on a personal level you should know how to treat them.

I was there today, mailing multiple packages and found all of the clerks to be helpful and knowledgeable.
