Didnt like a thing. Sent a package to Florida from Cali. Carrier said "no secure place to leave it" even though it wouldve fit in the mailbox. Thats not the worst. Package was 800 In tickets to be used that night. Package sent back to the dreaded inverrary post office. I call and after five times someone answers. I explain the situation. Extremely rude female after I explain to her can she call carrier to attempt re delivery cause its tickets that are for THAT day and theyre worth 800 bucks she says "sir I dont care what you paid for it were closed call back Monday". Is THIS the kind of customer service we should expect? I didnt expect success just at least try. Other great quips she told me "tell the recipient to drive around and look for the carrier!" Uhh yeah cuz Im sure she can find the ONE mail person when every truck looks the same and she doesnt know their routes. Kinda like saying "go find me this green pebble in an ocean of green pebbles" So I get frustrated and ask for manager. She says "no call back Monday we closed" I reply "can I have ur name so i can file a formal complaint". She says "no we closed call back Monday" and then hangs up on my face. The one lady that works here and acts like this HOW DOES SHE STILL HAVE A JOB? Is the USPS that clueless that they dont know this is going on? Dont u record your calls to ensure customer service? Obviously not. I will continue the complaint process to ensure that someone worthy of this job gets it and puts her on the unemployment line where she belongs.

Wow thought I was the only 1 that has bad reviews about this post office & their poor customer service. About 2 months ago the mail guy that was filling in for the regular misplaced my package as a matter of fact he delivered my package to the wrong mailbox stuffed a big whole package that was supposed to be brought to my door in the mailbox busting down someone else mailbox then when my package went missing he lied & said he brought it to my door & left it there then I had to try figuring out where my package was myself first of all I called like 20 time in 1 hr nobody cares to answer I had to go through my regular mail person to get to them only for the supervisor to say what if I got the package & am saying I didnt get it what an insult. They didnt try to do anything only for my package to turn up almost 4 days later in another building in from where I live. What kind of service is that

I love this post office! Granted, the location isnt the greatest but the ladies who work there, especially Angela, are always super helpful. I never have to wrap my packages myself. She even fills out the customs form for me whenever I send stuff overseas and forget to do so myself. Also helps picking out the best packages for my items and always makes sure everything is securely positioned inside and then wraps it meticulously. I always have fun at my post office and look forward to going there! Maybe some people need to check their own attitude at the door. Most faces I see in the line at the post office are grumpy faces. How would you like to provide excellent customer service to grumpy faces 24/7? Try a smile...try a thank you - see how these little things make all the difference in the world. Not only for you but for the employees as well ;)

In trying to send letters to my grandmother who lives in Lauderhill, I have had SIX letters returned vs one delivered. Verified the address with the assisted living location each time, modified the names slightly to see if that might do the trick... nope. RTS. Again. Since the phone rings endlessly at the PO and no one answers, I cant verify with the post office what the problem might be with a correct street address. It boggles the mind. I guess I need FedEx or UPS to get a document to an address in Lauderhill?

I bought an item on eBay. UPS did half of the transit. USPS was supposed to do the delivery. Either by mistake or carelessness, UPS sent the item to the Lauderhill P. O., instead of my city. As it was expected, Lauderhill USPS couldnt find the address, that clearly had my city on the address label, so instead of doing a P. O. transfer, they sent it back to the sender; 20 days ago! The sender hasnt received yet, so I havent been able the get my money back!

Very poor customer service and even worse when it comes to delivery. In the past 2 years Ive had no less than 5 packages (even small one able to fit in mailbox) lost or comfirmed delivered but not received. When complaints are filed Ive been told to speak to the delivery person myself or just blown off completly. The best was during the holiday season when I was actually told by the postal delevery person that I receive to many packages...

I always dread the post office but this is hell. The should just change the name to "fu** customers " guy named Hugh strike me if I exaggerate. Takes minimum of 10 mins just for a stamp. This is wrong he belongs in a retirement home. Theres some other people especially Trinity working asking if anyone wants to pick something up. OBVIOUSLY NOT! Go man the darn register. Id rather deliver my mail myself from now on than go here

Was in a very ghetto shopping plaza. The interior of the place was a little old and run down but the 2 clerks running the desks were amazing at the speed with they operated. Im not used to such efficiency coming from the post office. I was in a line with about 10-12 people in front of me and i only spent 10-15 minutes at the location.
