I want to know who delivers to dalton cir. I am so beyond upset that my package with tracking number says delivered but it is not delivered !! I got nothing! Three times I have had something addressed to be delivered at this address in Port St. Lucie and all three times I never received my items! I have never been so mad! I will be talking to everyone I can about this and about this location and about every single person there and mail carrier there that delivers so someone will get repercussions messing with peoples mail and I will be raising hell about all these people there that do and do not deliver mail as long as I can until I revive my things or I receive help or some acknowledgement or assistance from them in a understanding and nice polite manner. Ive made a missing package claim to find out wtf happened ! And will do a hell of a lot more if I dont get the help and solutions I need. Disgraceful post office And service! I will not be letting this go until I get my package or someone can tell me where it is. It is their fault it is missing and they need to find a solution. Especially since this is the third time my package has been missing. There will be a investigation going on there soon for the employees cause once again I will be contacting lots of people to let them know how this post office is ran.

Very Rude Workers !!!! I have experienced and witnessed rude workers Several times and once again. There is a black woman who I think is a supervisor and she was Incredibly Rude to a customer today and myself,the customer told her she was going to report her for being so rude. So the woman asked us patrons if she was rude to her and I said Yes You Were. You Should Have Spoken Nicer To Her and she got very offended and said Really? So I said Yes, you looked at me and asked so I answered and shook my head yes and she had the nerve to mock me and imitate me staring at me shaking her head yes. UNBELIEVABLE ! UNPROFESSIONAL ! INEXCUSABLE and UNACCEPTABLE ! My 10 year daughter who is with me cant believe how rude she was ,very disrespectful. A clean sweep should be done firing them all and hiring kind, polite,professional workers

I use this Post Office often. Yes,, I agree that the phone is not answered but I have always had very pleasant employees there. They are stressed because of the large population using this facility and the one off of Pt St Lucie Blvd as well. I can see why they can get uptight. It would be great to have an office out by Becker Road area. The UPS stationed next to Public in Tradition , I hate to go to because of the highest rates and just how unprofessional they are. I cheers someone else has taken over that place. I sure hope so! These people are under slot of stress and outside of the phone not being answered (which is very aggravating) I think they work very hard! Thank you, Denise Minarchick

They are so slow except for the woman who works the center register, they are over crowded and severely under staffed, they are constantly losing my packages, damaging my packages, you cant call there because the automated phone service disconnects you EVERY time, the option of doing things online are almost impossible because their website doesnt work most of the time...I absolutely hate using this post office but its the only one close to my residence. I sent a package from there on 11/30/16 Priority 2nd Day Mail to Michigan and its 12/6/16 and the package is sitting in Pembroke Pines FL and I cant get one employee to tell me why?!!!

Put in a vacation hold for 3/19-23. Mail is suppose to be delivered on ending date. Wife shows that a package was delivered today via usps, no mail from hold and no package. This is the 2nd time this post office has done this. They also told us once before that they couldnt deliver our mail because somebody was parked in front of our mailbox. Got in a arguement with them asking them then why do they get out of the truck to deliver a package, but you cant go past the box, stop and put the mail in my box. They never had a answer. They wonder why they cant make any money and everybody hates the post office.

I went to the post office because my Amazon package said it was undeliverable and the 1800 number for usps gave me the option to pick up my package and gave me the saint Lucie west post office address. When I arrived there was a long line and when I finally got up to the desk the government worker named Flyod that is paid by my tax dollars was incredibly short and rude and refused to help me and kept telling me to refer the website and that he wouldnt look for me. Very disappointed

This post office is always busy, and almost always has a line. I guess thats to be expected in an area of rapidly growing population though. I use this location to conduct business for work and the current employees are helpful and pleasant and apologize to customers for the wait. My suggestion would be to add more staff, especially in the winter when were invaded by snowbirds who just have to send little Tommy his Christmas present up in New York/Massachusetts/Connecticut!

I paid for postage via paypal. When I arrived at the post office I realize I forgot tape to fix the labels to the envelopes that I bought from the post office. Would you believe one of them aggressively told me that the only tape they have is priority and express, and that if I want the labels attached to the envelope I will have to buy the tape??? Such LOUSY, UNACCEPTABLE customer service!!! They need to be paid minimum wage!

Terrible attitudes. Unprofessional atmosphere. I Was in line when a supervisor asked two employees that were working who wants to break first. They almost got into a fight over it. Then the supervisor adds to the argument instead of stopping it, all right in front of 20 people waiting in line. Contemptible environment. Highly volitale atmosphere. All management personnel here should be fired.

Everyones version of how the post office handles them is a one-by-one basis. Every time I go to this post office location, I am always dealing with the same woman. And she is always very polite and very efficient at her job. Yes it can be very slow at times, so mentally prepare yourself for that.

Agreed! Terrible service. I moved to PGA two months ago put my name on the mailbox and my mail still doesnt get delivered. Keeps being returned even after I paid $25 to have the lock changed on my box. Tried to call the PO repeatedly and no one ever answers the phone.

DO NOT COME HERE! The people have zero desire to work and are full of attitude, in particular the man on the left corner. They should really consider giving these people some customer service training, or better yet just change the entire staff !

Seems they dont sort the mail correctly, my mail is going to the wrong street and wrong house numbers.I mentioned it to the mail woman once already but obviously it didnt register. And they do not answer the phone.
