Hate this office with a PASSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HISTORY OF CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!!!! They pretty much pretend to be the managers when you need to speak to someone with higher power! & on top of that whenever they answer their phones (because they NEVER answer their phones) they have the nastiest personality. Like if you dont like your job DONT WORK THERE!!! Seriously though I hate whenever I have a packet shipped by them, it never fails something happens to my packet & I can never get a hold of someone! HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN ASAP

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS!!! Set up for redelivery for two different "We missed you" and NEVER RECEIVED they said they couldnt find it mind you only on the second one because they never answered when I called about the first one. They dont update it online with, by far has ALWAYS been the worse and continues to be the worst!

Over the years, this place has been great when it comes to pick ups. This is not a usps to dropping off stuff to send off. Its like a hole in the wall. The last time I went here, I practically waited fifteen minutes to be attended ( I was the only one there) but other than that encounter..its great.

Hours of operations online are 8:30 am to 5:00 m-F. Got here and the manager says they open at 9am. Why woulnt the info be right in the first place. There are quite a few upset customers here just like me who looked it up online and now are waiting under the rain. Horrible customer service
