Excellent service! Courteous, professional, knowledgeable employees. I left that office feeling valued as a customer!! In addition, when there are lines, its because everyone rushes to this office after work when other post offices are closed, therefore of course they are busy. Worth the wait to be treated this good! P.S. the review from several months ago about bad delivery to a person home just simply isnt true. This office DOES NOT deliver to home addresses. Its a postal store, so that person who posted that review is wrong and referring to another office!!

I dont like to go anywhere else. Employees are helpful, friendly and patient. I have gone a couple of other places and customer service has sucked. This location gets a big thumbs up from me. Although it is small and many times there are big line, I dont mind waiting. They are awesome.

From 3 different places this one was the one that actually provide customer service, the associate that helped me on my shipping was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable, despite was almost closing time He was patient with me handling my parcel. Thanks so much

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. It is inside the mall (so was hard to find) but its near the Macys Men/Home Store. They are open until 9pm (even on Saturdays), which is incredible.

Drivers are too lazy to go out of their way to deliver, and instead mark "delivery attempted, but business was closed." But yet the address is a home not a business. Prefer to use UPS next time
