DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! The staff absolutely LOVES to waste it!... .....IN THE MIDDLE OF RUSH HOUR! Countless times they can be seen on their phones and moving very slowly when lines are long. Not only this, they seem to have a knack for disappearing at the busiest times! Taking their break or going to lunch when things get busy seems perfectly acceptable to them! And they are understaffed as well... If you do go, make sure you go with at least an hour and a half to burn. That about how long it takes for them to process about 20 people... ~ From a guy who got late to work three times due to their slooow service.

Lástima que esta oficina no lo ayude mucho el local donde está ubicado, Cuando fui había larga cola, aunque avanzaba, vi que muchas personas iban justamente por documento de pasaporte, yo simplemente pase para buscar una estampilla para coleccionar y la Sra que me atendió fue muy amable!

Their delivery is even worse. I guess walking 10 feet to my door is too much for their tax subsided paycheck. They leave a note that they cant access the complex and I constantly have to go pick up the packages that I pay extra expedited delivery for. I guess FEDEX, UPS, and Amazon delivery services have special access the government dont. Not to mention the stolen items out of packages, dont get me started on that. You do know though that they dont care about our reviews. They get paid regardless, not to mention with our hard earned tax dollars.

Lets start by the fact that I was given an appointment and when I showed up there was no one there to do passports. The people working the counter are clueless, rude, careless, disorganized that is to mention a few. I went for passport renewals. I have actually been there twice and have not been able to renew. Every time I go, I get information that they failed to tell me before. It is HORRIBLE! I will renew else where because I am afraid that my paperwork will get misplaced! That is terrible ( embarrassing) for a government office.

This is the closest one to my house and its horrible, two people at most there. I went to renew my passport and the lady told me to fill out the incorrect form and I wasnt able to travel the day I had intended. I went back and they said tht I had to make an appointment even though it was their fault. I went to the one on 325 e and 1st ave. The lady was so helpful and really nice.

Most of my packages are not being scanned and my customers think that I am not shipping them their orders. Never has happened at any other store. They are always busy and under-staffed, but this is unacceptable and is affecting my business. Wont ever drop off orders at this location again.

Under staffed they had one person working, the manager came to tend another cashier and was very rude and angry and tempered when asked questions, ZERO customer service. He has a big belly kinda bald only hair on the side of head no idea what his name was.

This office might as well NOT have a phone, since they never, EVER answer it. And staff is rude and inefficient...the only thing they are fast at is rushing you off. Im not going back there again!
