They have lost my packages twice they can never track it even with the tracking #. I went yesterday to ask why my package hasnt been received to the recipient and the lady was confused she didnt know where to look she had to keep going to the back to ask someone since I paid for 1 day shipping which is more expensive than the regular shipping and it was never delivered to the person its been 7 days and it was just a couple of blocks down from the post office, the lady couldnt find it or answer anything so she referred me to a 1-800 number which I already tried and its only a machine no live person she was surprised, just told me its December everything takes longer. I dont recommend this post office Ive gone a couple of times and they always lose my package or broken it. And they never honner honor when I pay for the delivery insurance.

My package to Ireland has been stuck here for almost a whole month and hasnt moved one bit. No matter who I try to talk to no one will help me. I live in TN so its not like I can just go and complain in person. For reference, another package to Britain, which is on the same Island, got there in a week. So why the huge hold up on my Ireland order? Not only that, but the USPS claims website had been broken for over two weeks now. And apparently theres no other way to file a claim. Tell me how thats fair? Im planning on taking my business elsewhere because Im tired of my packages getting lost and stolen. Packages that I have to replace as a small business.

The most pathetic service ive ever used. I bought a brand new iphone 6s for my sister from my first salary. I sent it to india as a surprise for her, but its been more then a month and still the parcel is not delivered. When i go to the post office they say we cant help you because we already sent your parcel from our post office. I called customer care and they said that i have been misguided by the post office and they cannot help me and now i dont have any information about my package. That package was more than a shipment for me. It was a gift for my sister from my first hardly earned money.

Its virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone at this office. My package has been sitting at this location for a week. I called HQs customer service and they keep tell me its being delivered today. They have been saying that for 3 days now. My last resort is the drive down to this location and collect my package myself, which is a huge inconvenience. What is the point of this postal service if I have to go pick up my package myself?? Its a very small package as well. Im just really frustrated with USPS at this point. Incompetence and business do not go together! Get it together USPS.

My package has been in transit for a week, please tell me why its not here already? Everyday I track it thinking maybe its delivered but no the dates just change on when it was sent out. I just dont understand why its not here when Im in Alabama, theres no way it should take a week to get here. On top of that I also cant get anyone on the phone to even try and sort this out. If I dont receive my package by today we will seriously have a problem and I want my package as well as my money back for the express shipping I paid extra for because this is ridiculous.

This facility is in charge of making sure packages are sorted and depart their location in good condition. They are also responsible for having a valid reason to return packages the "sender" I have ordered from a company twice and have had the package returned twice. No reason for the return. The address and information are correct. Two other co-workers ordered from the same company and received their packages. The company and I verified the address and compared it. So whats the issue? TBD

Usps es el peor servicio de envio, pedi varios paquetes desde china y todos los que llegaron los han estado mandando a Opa Locka o Tampa, no responden el telefono, nunca utilicen usps son terribles.

irresponsible and negligent - they treat you like they have nothing to do with the problem. The tracking says "Hold for Pickup", the manager came to attend me and said "we dont hold any package here... check the the next door with the flags on the front", then I went next door and found out that he was talking about the US Customs... actually the form 2976 was filled out and the USPS is supposed to deal with the Customs, not the customer.

A few weeks ago I was mailed a small package from Georgia. I live in the UK and the package was addressed correctly. It sat in the USPS at Miami for a week, then found its way to Germany, and then to Malaysia, 3 weeks later being returned to the sender. She tried again recently, and my package has now been in Miami for 10 days. What the hell is going on????

This is a place beyond repair. Service is horrible and the information they provide is totally inaccurate. In order to work here, you have to be insensitive, intolerant with a huge inferiority complex to compensate with their attitude. Nobody can offer you any kind of information even though your package sits there for several days. A real shame.

EVERY PACKAGE IS MISSENT TO THE WRONG TOWN AND TAKES 3-4 MORE DAYS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS. A MONKEY CAN DO THEIR JOB BETTER!!!
