Horrible experience. We went to Firestone because of the national reputation for good service and quality. Weve used Firestone in the past and have always had a positive experience. We had an appointment. They claimed the car needed to cool down before working on it, but 2 hours? No way. When they finally got around to it, they realized they didnt have the current software to diagnose one of the things we were over-paying to have diagnosed. Somehow during all that time, they werent able to get the software downloaded. When the car was "finished" and we asked about the computer diagnosis, they said it would be at least 30 more minutes for them to download the software. They were supposed to do a tune up, but "accidentally" broke then end of the spark plug wire and didnt bother to tell us, which caused it to arc. They let us drive away with the car running much worse than when we got there! When we returned a few minutes later, the technician immediately told us what was wrong with it. Obviously, they knew there was a problem when we left. We had them pull the notes that included information about the damage plus additional recommendations we were never told. Of course, they didnt have a replacement part on-hand, so there was no possibility to fix it immediately. Instead, they wrapped it in electrical tape. They claimed the part was an original and breaking it was not their fault, but we just had it replaced 3 years ago! The manager just stood there and didnt intervene while we were complaining. They just wanted to get us out of there as soon as possible without doing quality work. We will never return to this or any other Firestone now that we know they have no quality control nationwide. What a disappointment! One final note, they were supposed to change our oil and top off fluids. Less than a week later, our car overheated because the coolant level was too low! Our new mechanic tested for leaks and verified the fluids had not leaked out. They had simply not been checked or filled by Firestone.

Land Rover Project
Five stars are not enough to indicate the stellar customer service provided by this particular Firestone on Osceola Parkway in Florida. From Joses, to Monica, to Suzann to Jose M, no one could have asked for more diligence and assistance in trying to get my Land Rover drive-able. The intensive work and care is being journaled at our rover project website because there is just too much help that they provided to detail all the accolades herein. Suffice to say, from onset, when their guys had to push the vehicle into a bay, to the weeks no one complained about it being in a bay while they searched or built parts, how Jose M. worked with me on a schedule of work that could be finagled within my budget, I could not have been more pleased and excited the day my daughter and I drove it home! To top it off, when a friend who is a die-hard mechanic was nervous about the cost and work required, Jose M. graciously showed Mark all the work. Marks response to me, "Im very surprised. Most honest tech Ive ever met." I am hopeful that I can continue my relationship with this particular Firestone. Because after the nightmares weve experienced at other places, I want to hold onto these guys for service of my Land Rover and our Toyota Corolla, which they have also done a great job with for my daughter. Pro: They know how to change oil in a car, and they did it correctly. Cons: Expensive, I had to wait 2 hours for an oil change AFTER setting an appointment the day before. I asked the employee giving me the receipt about the delay... their response "its normal for an oil change to take 1-1.5 hours". Really? Its not that hard to change oil. If it takes longer than 30 minutes, then you shouldnt be a mechanic. Also, they will try to give worst case scenario of any trouble spotted on your car. Their approach to overall diagnostics including visual inspection is lacking.

Always very respectful and very honest mechanics and managers. Their prices are always 50% or less than the Evil Dishonest Napleton Dodge dealership across the street from Firestone. I purchased my Dodge Dakota from Napleton but have been over charged and had problems with EVERY THING they have ever supposably fixed. Firestone has been doing every repair on my 2006 Dodge Dakota for 10 plus years and I have absolutely no complaints with Osceola Parkway Firestone.

Ive taken my car here three times for an alignment and was very pleased with every visit. My car is lowered and Antonio/Carlos are good at getting it to specs and dealing with my OCD about the numbers. I can be uptight about the handling of my car and they always take great care. Salvatore (pretty sure thats his name) at the front desk is awesome too.

I am from Indiana and I had a screw in my tire and couldnt get a reasonable price at the Dodge dealer across the street. Firestone changed my tire 30 mins to close and stayed late to get me a new tire so I could drive back to Indiana. GREAT customer service. If you are in the area I would definitely choose them over anywhere else!

This place was amazing I cant say enough good stuff about them had an issue with my car making noise after I had a body shop work on it and looked at it at no charge. Great customer service and great mechanics. I will be coming back to have the work done. Thanks Alex Nieces the service manager at the facility for all your help.

This people charge you even for sitting in the waiting, i was needing some work done in my car, a girl gave an estimate about it but then i saw a guys telling her to charge me for other 3 diferente things. Almost 3k to fix my AC. Took my business to a better place, my AC is running perfect now. Do not recommend Firestone

On the Wednesday night at 6:15 they change the tire in 30 minutes I think they couldve patched it but I didnt have time to argue in the rental car company was paying we picked up a nail on the way to animal kingdom and back somewhere thank you so very much kept my vacation rolling like it was a NASCAR race

Steering wheel was shaking. They balanced and rotated the tires. Sent me off. Still shaking. Take it to a different place and was told one of the tires had a defective tube and was surprised it didnt blow up in the highway. Thanks for solving nothing firestone. Your mechanics need a lot of training.

They dont treat you like a number, you are a person here. The staff are knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions and concerns. An appointment is suggested always since they are really busy. Walk-in services, you will wait for a few hours depending on the time and day.

Waited 15 minutes just to check in and then another 90 minutes for an oil change appointment I made 2 days prior. I mean they changed my oil but I was late to work, and nobody seemed to care. Pretty typical of everything in this shopping center.

They were too busy to complete my job however they went above and beyond to get my RV tires ready to travel after roadside assistance messed up the install of our spare. They were very friendly and kind. Great job!
