I went down today to get my alignment done on my car. They told me 50 some dollars to get it done. Well when I got there and they went to do my tire alignment they wanted to charge me 35 dollars to tighten my tire rod and then they stripped the nut on the tire. Now i cant get the tire rod off my car and they told me that they would take it off but i need to get a new tire rod for 20 and they they are going to charge me 85 to get an alignment that is ridiculous. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME GOING HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH SERVICE I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE GOING TO FIND A BETTER COMPANY TO HELP ME OUT!!!!!!

Just had a flat tire driving through to Orlando. They came to change the flat in less than 5 minutes. I honestly needed 4 new tires but had to have one to make it the rest of the trip. They were 45 minutes until they closed. They sold me all 4 even this late and had me back on my way. Thank you so much for your kindness and great customer service. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

This is a BAD company to call when you need Service. I needed assistant and the one thing the Employee was worried about why was I in this area and what was I doing here, this basically he wasnt doing his job which is providing Service when I needed. I see it as if you didnt want to do the Service just say No. Dont call them at all. ;(

2 weeks and $2,000 worth of work and we get the car back with an empty tank of gas (we filled it the day before we dropped it off) and not a drop of oil in the engine...and then we made it a whole 3 miles before a check engine light comes on. If you need serious work done, find another shop...this isnt the place for you.

So much for customer service. When I called, they said they are open til 5:30. I told them I was on my way. When I pulled up to the traffic light at 5:25, everyone was running for their cars. Then when I tried to call for road service, they wouldnt answer the phone.

These guys are good! I dont go in there often but have bought tires there for several cars in the past. Even though Jeff doesnt see me for months or longer at a time, he always greets me by name, and the work, whatever it is, gets done right.
