Had my wheels aligned yesterday. The sales agent and the service tech were both professionals. The waiting area has both entertaining television and up-to-date relevant magazines. The location is in between several tasty, economic places to eat, and there is also a Barber and library branch all in walking distance. The team at Firestone was able to provide me with the computer codes currently registered with my 13 year old minivan which is invaluable information. They also made me aware of a some tail light bulbs which needed replacement (which they smartly offered to do) and and that there was some play in the steering tie-rods (to be expected given the age of the vehicle). Overall I plan on going back and am please with my purchase decision. I purchased lifetime wheel alignment which is good at any Firestone across the nation.

There have been a change of management in this location. I have been going here for 2 years now and have been very satisfied. Service Manager Devon is very professional and helpful. As well as Store Manager Grant. They tell you everything you need to know about your cars condition and wont coerce you to avail of a service if you are not planning on getting it during your visit. They even offered me tire rotation which I did not know was part of my car plan with them. I got an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in no time.

Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change. After they completed the work, I noticed it had been a quart low according to their paperwork. Turns out it had an oil leak and they never even noticed it or didnt care! I had a local Ford dealer do the repairs. I will NEVER take any of my vehicles to Firestone again! Whats ironic is that the Firestone manager had made fun of me for taking my vehicles into Walmart for oil changes previously, but Im certain they would have noticed and said something about the oil leak!

When youre in a service oriented business service should be foremost on your agenda. With these guys, well it is. I feel welcomed everytime I or any of my family pulls in to service our vehicles. When they arent busy with another customer, my vehicle history is on their computer screen before I make it to the counter, options are offered everytime one is available based on my current service needs. If you want to experience quality service, come check these guys out. I cant say anymore.

I came into the store with a nail in my tire less than 1/2 hour before closing. They immediately took me inside, showed me the nail was in the sidewall and couldnt be driven. Because they didnt have the correct size tire (its an oddball size) they put on the spare. It was after closing when they finished and didnt charge me. Santiago the manager was extremely helpful through a stressful time. Thanks to everyone there.

They now take appointments so thats what I did. Set appointment for 9:00 am at 9:30 my car was still sitting in parking lot. I brought this to the attention to an associate then they brought my car in. I waited over an hour for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. As soon as I drove out of the lot my car was shaking really bad and no alignment was done.

I have been going to this establishment for over four years, but after countless times of waiting because of poorly managed operations I will never come back again. If you like waiting all day for your car to get repaired go with these guys. Any time estimates they give you tack on 2 - 3 hours!

Our car was having door lock issues and wouldnt start. One of the guys walked us through getting it to start over the phone without making us come in. Saved us money, but also saved us a ton of time by being so honest about the simple solution to the problem. 5 stars for that awesomeness.

They misdiagnosed smoke coming from under the car as locked up brake calipers. A full brake job later, and we discover it was the oil pan leaking onto the exhaust manifold. This would have been obvious from underneath the vehicle, which means the mechanic didnt bother to check underneath.

This place is a complete ripoff. I had a master brake cylinder changed and it cost over $460!! everyone else after i checked said $250. I will never ever come to this ripoff place again.

Firestone is my go-to place to get my BMW run-flats repaired when BMW wants me to pay top dollar for new ones. They can work with run-flat setups that have pressure monitors.
