Came in for an oil change, simple job. Had some coupons for free brake check and some other checks, decided to utilize them. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, took about two (minus one star, as I arrived at opening time). Got called into the garage to look at the brakes, they said they were shot and needed to be replaced. Called my usual guy back in the northeast where Im originally from and sent him a picture, he called BS and my dad backed him up. Obviously I trust them more than these people. So I denied the need for brakes and they said alright, oil change is done. Went home and parked the car for a few minutes to get some things I needed from my apartment to run errands. Came back outside and they was oil leaking everywhere! Not a pleasant surprise, minus three stars for that. Just got back here and theyre looking at it again. Only reason Im rating two stars instead of one is because the actual representative behind the desk was courteous and sincere, and took the car in immediately when I brought it back the second time. Honestly, I think if they werent looking for some way to upcharge me, they would have done the intended job (oil change) correctly the first time. Ill be watching my car to see if the problem persists (the verdict they just told me is that the A/C was dripping), but I doubt Ill be coming back here in the future. EDIT: Im at work, but I just received a voicemail from Dennis, the owner, apologizing for any miscommunication or mishap that may have occurred during my visit. He was sincere and honest, and asked me if there was anything that he could do. Rather than delete this review, Ive decided to change it from two stars to five stars. Plus one for the owner contacting me, plus one for the content of the voicemail, and plus one for giving me his direct line to ensure that I am satisfied with the service I received. For the record, the car is working great and I have not experienced any more leaking as aforementioned. Thank you, Dennis, for taking the time to care!

If I lived in Orlando this would be my mechanic. To make a long story shorter I was on vacation in Orlando and my left brake caliper seized over a holiday weekend. I brought my car to World Automotive on that next business day and while they were very busy they took their time with me, kept me well informed, and did a great job. My brakes were repaired for this same problem 2 years prior so I knew all the signs (car pulling to one side, brake dust on the rims, glowing hot brakes, and the brake pad burning smell, & steering wheel vibrations, worst of all terrible gas mileage on the cars computer) so they told me what needed to be repaired (complete brake overhaul) which I expected and exactly what my mechanic did 2 years ago. The install would take 3-4 hours & they would rush it for me. Unfortunately I needed to leave on a cruise from Port Canaveral in a few hours so it was going to be close, to close to risk missing the boat. In the end they helped my girlfriend and I arrange a ride to the port and we would come pick the car up in 5 days to drive home. Now that Im back home (and its been 3 months since the install and everything is functionally great) my machanic says World Auto did an excellent job on the brakes and the reason for the brakes seizing was his fault for not changing the brake line hoses when they did my brakes 2 years ago (so he omitted a $20 part and cost me $$$ not to mention big time inconvenience on vacation). Also when I compare prices on the 2 jobs, my mechanic was $100 more expensive 2 years ago than World Automative was this year and that includes the new brake lines hoses that my mechinic did not put on and World Automotive did. If I didnt live 900 miles away theyd be my machanics. These guys deserve more than 5 stars, go there and see for yourself.

I have gone to World Automotive numerous times with different cars. Each time there was an issue with the car after. Two out of two break jobs left the cars with squeaky brakes that cant be fixed. Dealer servicers tell me it is the quality of the product that was used. Had a used car (new to me) checked out to make sure everything was in good working order and no problems to be fixed. The car was fine until Wold Automotive touched it. After getting a clean bill, the car was taken on a long road trip, however, an hour into the trip the battery went. Why? Because whoever disconnected the battery to do an engine check never connected it back together completely. For someone to tell me it was not connected and to connect it cost me even more money because of the half-a$$ job World Automotive did. Another issue was my wheel was rattling. Why? When the brakes were replaced, World Automotive did not place the clip back on. Again, half-a$$ and again costing me more money to have a competent person fix his mistake. I will never go back because of the repeated issues. Not one thing was done to my cars without an issue resulting. Dennis may treat you like you are his best friend, but whoever is working on the cars doesnt care about his job or the lives he could be endangering. Do not go here for anything because the problem will only cost you more money to fix whatever they did.

My experience was not good at all. I had the oil change, four new tires and the alignment service package with them and after paying for it I asked the guy (Scott Morin) for the report of the alignment, he said that he didnt have it because the machine that prints the report broke. I was not happy with his response so I asked what was the warranty on the alignment, to my surprise he said 30 days when it is usually 12 months in other places. After that experience I decided not to go back for my regular oil change but unfortunately I had to go back because they broke the cap where the oil is replaced and never notified me of it. My husband talked to the same guy (Scott Morin) about it and he said he would give us a new cap as long as we did the oil change with them. When I went back to pick up the car, I paid for the oil change and I asked him if he changed the cap as he promised and he said "Yes, we did". A few months passed and I had to do oil change again to find out that the old cap was still there with a cheap patch attached to it. I believe that people like this guy should not have this kind of job because he has no people skills and no integrity whatsoever. I told my husband not to even waist the time with him again because it is not worthy.

I have used World Automotive services for years for a variety of services; tire replacements, alignment check, A/C issues, general car advice, you name it. They’ve always been there wholeheartedly ready to assist me and answer my questions. Time and time again, they go beyond and strive to do the best job possible while providing excellent customer service and it shows. On one occasion, my A/C condenser needed to be replaced. They worked me in as quickly as possible, communicated and were prompt with its completion as promised, and provided me with an affordable, honest quote. This is why I truthfully go back. Dennis and his team are good-hearted people and as we know good-hearted people are sometimes hard to come by. They are friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. More importantly to me, they are trustworthy. I have an ease of mind and certainty that when I bring my car there, I have honest people trying to genuinely help me with my car needs. The worries that I’ll be cheated don’t exist with this team and company. It is refreshing and awesome to see a team who values honesty, kindness, and care for their customers. I highly recommend World Automotive for your car service needs. Big thanks to everyone at World Automotive!
