Zach and the team were awesome! Always kept me up to date with the status of the repair. They were always clear and honest about what needed to be done and the parts needed. Im no mechanic but I still know a lot about cars so I knew what had to be done before I told them. All I was initially going in for was to fix my a/c but I knew I had to replace at least the axles among other less important things. I mentioned to have the axles looked at when I actually stopped in just to see how much it would cost and they said they would do a full diagnosis to tell me everything they could find that could be in need of fixing. When I saw the list, everything I already knew needed fixing was there and nothing more except for my rack and pinion which I didnt know had a leak. They had pictures to back it up though which was great. Really pleased me to know they werent trying to just get rich off me by adding unnecessary things to the list. Ultimately I agreed to have all repairs done and my car feels like new again. Thanks again guys!

When I first came to Fast Lane Automotive, I was an absolute mess and bundle of nerves from my car accident that morning. I ran over some piece of debris in the dark on my way to work that I later discovered (while at work) had punctured my gas tank and my car leaked gas all over the parking lot. My insurance company recommended that I be towed to Fast Lane Automotive nearby and I am so glad that they did! Kevin and Zach were so kind and thorough from the very beginning of my car drama to the day I got my car back. Even through my insurance company delays and adjustments, they handled everything smoothly, honestly, and professionally. I could not be happier with their service and am so glad to have my car back in top working order because of their help. Fast lane has great customer service.. I had been going to pepboys for a wile getting robbed becouse of my lack of knowledge.so when I heard about fast lane I figured. Why not?? Best choice . Hands down.. I have a dui machine in my car which makes it difficult but fast lane worked around it making sure I new it was no big deal..also took the time to give me a list of everything wrong .and even sat down and explained the order it should be done. THEY OFFER TOWING AND ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE. EVEN IF YOU JUST RUN OUT OF GAS THEY WIL BRING IT THEY WILL BRING IT TO YOU THEY ARE LOYAL AND HONEST WITH THERE CUSTOMERS..IT REALLY IS A RELIEF TO NO LONGER HAVE TO STRESS IF IM REALLY GONNA MAKE IT TO WORK OR NOT......THANK YOU FAST LANE ALL OF YOU..

Wow. Excellent. I have never been to such a friendly, kind, personable shop. Everything is very straightforward and Zach and Kevin ensured I had an understanding of what I was getting done and future recommendations without any scare tactics or steep prices quoted. You feel like youre on the same page with your mechanic. Prices are extremely reasonable and youll get a whole lot more done faster and cheaper than you would at a dealership. Highly recommended! Plus, you can have excellent conversations with the staff :P. Love them!

This was my first time using Fast Lane Automotive so I was a little leary about my visit. What a great experience! Every auto repair shop should be run like this. Every aspect of the repair was explained to me in detail. They really get the fact that spending money on auto repairs is not high on anyones wish list and really go above and beyond to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Very professional staff and outstanding customer service. I wont go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!

I have never been to a mechanic that I learned to trust more than the team at Fast Lane. As someone new to the Orlando area, I value their commitment to take care of their clients as if they were family! Every appointment yields an online report of what needs attention, so I can easily keep track of fixes and repairs. Anthony and Kevin at Fast Lane are wonderful. Our past experiences with them prompted me to call them for a recent issue with my husbands car. So glad that I did! Extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Very affordable prices as well. It is rare to see any business that treats their customers with the courtesy that Fast Lane does. They are well networked in the area to get any parts required promptly - I had to replace a catalytic converter and they were able to obtain the part and install it in less than 2 hours.
