Where should I start? Our Chrysler Pacifica began to "buck" when we pressed the gas pedal. My husband took the car to Aamco with the hopes the staff could fix the problem. Upon further investigation, the mechanics found a few other issues with our car. Some of the issues required immediate attention while others could wait. The vibe at Aamco is different from any other auto repair shop we have ever visited. Of course, they are in the business of fixing car and making money, but you can be assured that they are going to treat you and your car the same way they would treat their own. The staff at this location were thorough, empathetic, and genuine. You knew that they stood by their product and service. They didnt leave you with the feeling that you were getting ripped off because they were honest about what they felt needed immediate attention and what issues could wait. Will definitely return if the need ever arises again. Great job. Angels in the Auto Repair business are rare, but Aamco of Longwood is definitely close.

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima. My factory warranty has been expired so I didnt even think to call a dealership since they take so long. I called Aamco in the morning and they were able to take a look at my car same day. The transmission was slipping but they let me know that Nissan still covered the replacement of my make model and year under warranty so long it was under 100k miles. Mark had the mechanic check it out and he verified it was the transmission and mark called nissan and had me set up before even going there. They saved me thousands of dollars by being honest and telling me about this extended warranty I had no idea about. That is what I call being honest with your customers and doing the right thing over taking advantage of people. I cant vouch for their work but i can for their awesome customer service and integrity.

This shop was recommended by my trusted neighborhood garage owner, even though its in the northern suburbs and I live downtown. It was worth the drive. Both Kip the owner and Mark the manager provided first-rate customer service, explaining all aspects of the problem, the repair and the cost. Their shop did first-rate work and returned the car as promised in less than a week. Also, they went beyond the call of duty: The car, used by my college-age son, was there for a rebuilt transmission, but it had also just had a badly plugged AC drain cleaned out, and after months of wet carpeting and fast-food wrappers, it was riddled with cockroaches (despite a complete steam cleaning of the interior). Mark set off a bug bomb inside the car and sprayed the running boards with insecticide before returning the vehicle!

Mark and his team at this AAMCO location are absolutely amazing and I wish that I could give them many more than just 5 stars. I truly feel very fortunate to have found Mark and this AAMCO location last week when the transmission in our car completely broke. We are from the Miami area and were driving up to the Orlando area to begin training for a new job and this was the last thing that we needed. Mark was extremely helpful and found the best possible and amazing solution for our situation. I wish that all mechanics were like Mark and his team because they are most trustworthy mechanics that we have met here since moving to Florida. If I could, I would take my car to his team for all of our future maintenance if they were closer to where we live.

Mark and his staff are not only honest and very personable, the quality of work performed is outstanding! They have rebuilt a transmission for my Mazda 3 two years ago, and weve been bringing our other vehicles to them for anything from oil changes to suspension work. After being quoted almost double for suspension, struts and brakes for the Mazda, we brought it to Mark and he literally cut that price in half. The other guys also told me the car needed other expensive repairs, which after being inspected by Mark and his staff, was not necessary and they were just trying to jack the price up. I cannot recommend the Longwood AAMCO Transmission enough! If youre looking for peace of mind when it comes to your vehicle repairs, go see Mark!

Omg where to begin! Ok I have a hyundai accent 2003 and my transmission fluid was empty on a daily basis Ive been trying to get into Aamco on lee rd for a week I even got there at 6am one day and waited til 8am like I was told and got turned down upon opening :( Then I called aamco in Longwood and they were EXCELLENT! Mark, Randy, and even Michelle played a big part in my cars recovery, They all helped out sooo much. Im soo greatful for them tightening my clamps on transmission pipes and replacing the terminal on my battery and also telling me what else is needed to be fixed :-D :-D Im happy to know I can rely on such a great team that I now trust. Thank you all again for everything, Id recommend them to anyone!

Awesome job Kip (owner of AAMCO in Longwood) repairing my rare V10 TDI VW mystery shutter in one day and under $100.00 After 30 days in a VW dealer repair shop and another European repair shop and hundreds of dollars : I was told $16,000.00 to replace this transmission. The shutter in 4th, 5th and 6th gear would splash coffee out of the cup holder. You and Mark listened to my diagnoses and fixed the problem. By comparison to other automotive repair shops, your knowledge, experience and professional approach is un-matched. I could not have found a more honest team of automotive repair professionals. I will bring all my automotive repair needs to AAMCO in Longwood.

I brought my car in because it was revving up high And I thought my transmission was on its last leg. So I took a chance to take it to a transmission place that I had never been to. Boy did I make a great decision! After the mechanic looked at it, I was told the transmission was fine! Imagine that!! A transmission repair shop telling a stranger that their transmission was fine! Not only that but he kept the car and went through everything and found my problem. A few hundred dollars later (not thousand) and my car is as good as new!! Mark the manager was great! They are honest and thorough. They have a new loyal customer for all my car repairs!!!

I have a 97 Buick lesabre and it has many issues and some are past the point of fixing because they are just not worth the money to fix them. So I brought it to this AAMCO shop on US-17-92 and the people were awesome. They did a great job. They were honest with me and I told them I dont have a lot of money and they really worked with me and they were very understanding and didnt make up other problems with my car, I know my car and I know its problems and we talked about them but they never made me pay more then I had to and they gave me a great deal. -Rachel (Satisfied costumer)
