Excellent mechanics, terrible customer service rep. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young woman. I informed her I had an appointment and gave her my phone number three times and name three times. I had to spell my last name out twice for her (six letters). She informed me she could not find my appointment but was able to help me anyway. It was clear she was not entering in my information correctly. When I gave her my address, I had to spell the street name (five letters) twice and she still spelled it wrong. She asked if I would remain waiting at the Firestone or leave the car to come pick it up later. I asked how long it would take to get my brakes examined, flushed, and the fluid replaced. She informed me it would take "a while", despite my simple request, the average duration of the service, and having an appointment time. She informed me it would be better to leave my car, so I wouldnt have to wait around all morning. It was clear she had no idea. I left at 8:00am, the time of my appointment. At 9:00AM I returned and spoke with the manager, Jose, and technician, Kenny, about my vehicle. Both were excellent! Very knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. Jose informed me that they would make the repairs we agreed and my car would be ready at 12:30PM. At 1:45PM, I called back. The customer service rep from earlier informed me that my car had been ready for hours and that she believes she has the wrong contact information for me. However, the manager, Jose, called me using the data she put in the computer. It was obvious she made no attempt to contact me. When I returned at 2:30PM, my paper work was hanging in the window between the garage and office, along with three other vehicles whose owner’s had yet to be contacted. The two customer service reps, including the woman from before, scrambled around to find it. She again stated that it had been ready all day but made absolutely no apology for the wait, even though it was obvious it was her responsibility to contact me. The other customer service rep was great, intervened, and assisted me. Overall, fair experience, amazing mechanics, terrible customer service reps.

DISHONEST! I would highly recommend going to the Tuffy down the road. Firestone flat out lied about the services and parts I needed for a repair. The coolant in my car was leaking pretty bad in my car so I made an appointment with Firestone to try and diagnose the issue. After performing a pressure test, I was told my radiator had a crack and that I needed a whole new radiator. The cashier walked me out to the shop with a light and attempted to show me the crack. While I didnt see one, she convinced me there was one because you could see where all the residue had leaked out. The parts and labor would cost me $706 on top of the $26.74 they charged for the pressure test. They also recommended a $78 service to flush the old fluids. I was not prepared to pay that amount of money at the moment and my gut told me to get a second opinion. I paid for the test and drove down the road to Tuffy. After they examined the car, it didnt take them long to find the issue. The mechanic came in and said the good news was I didnt need a new radiator but there was a hole in one of the hoses. Again, I was walked out to the shop and the mechanic simply added pressure to the hose with his finger to recreate the problem and sure enough, the fluid began to squirt out. What I ended up paying was $150 for parts and labor. A huge difference from the $860 I would have had to pay at Firestone. I know people are dishonest in this industry but this time it happened to me and left such a horrible taste in my mouth. Please do yourself a favor by not wasting your time or risking your money with this business. They dont even deserve the one star I had to give.

Okay so they literally have me spend almost if not a thousand dollars every time I go there. They say my tires arent good something is wrong with my valves or vents. I had them fix everything they said was wrong. Few weeks later they find 2 things wrong with it involving major repairs. And it costs 855 then when I bring it in they rush . Also having said they would call me when they had the parts but never did and do a sloppy job costing me to come back since my engine light went back on and have them fix it since they had not finished cleaning or fixing something and in doing so they magically find another thing randomly wrong with it. Saying it was something that would need to be fixed eventually. So that cost me another 239 and they said they would call when they got that part in but still havent called . All in all they said only a couple things needed fixing and ending up making me come back and them slapping another bill on it from a different thing they should have found initially. Red bug Firestone used to be ok but they are sloppy and they rush and charge for things that make it seem as if the car wont run again if I dont have it fixed. So thanks. Wont be returning after they call and have me come back in for this last repair I am still waiting on,

I have always known that these people were dishonest but thought I could at least get an oil change without being lied to. I have an 06 Camry and the service light comes on every 3000 miles as a reminder to get an oil change. I use to use synthetic but I got tired of explaining to my wife that synthetic calls for a 7000 mile change and not to worry about the light. so I went back to regular. Today the lady behind the counter told me for an extra $10 I could get synthetic but wanted to charge me an extra $37 telling me the difference was tax. Then she told me the 06 Camry called for synthetic which I suspected was a lie and confirmed it was a lie by calling Toyota. They always have a list of things that need to be done and it is always about $1,500. I take the list to my mechanic and he assures me that either the repairs are not necessary or he does them for a small fraction of their estimate. What is sad is that they prey on women including single mothers who have no money. I wish law enforcement would get involved here.

I have utilized this Firestone facility three or four prior times for tires and other automotive repairs. I called today to have four new tires put on and an oil change. The tires and oil change service was complete and very thorough. However I couldnt recommend this place as a facility because they do not respect the schedule of their customers. I was provided a two hour timeframe for the installation and service. At three hours I called and was told the car would be done by 3 1/2 hours. When I arrived not only was the vehicle not done but they had to send out for an additional tire to another store and that person hadnt returned to their facility yet. I was told it would be anywhere between 10 and 15 minutes, and 45 minutes later they were finished. Customers have necessary schedules and commitments as well and it is not professional to significantly delay or overbook at the expense of a customer, and their personal work the business endeavors.
