Very friendly staff, but horrible repair quality! Probably it all depends on whos going to work on your car. Sometimes its perfect (for example my A/C was fixed and recharged to my full satisfaction), sometimes its a catastrophe. Just a couple of examples. 1. Both times I brought my vehicle for wheels alignment, the steering wheel position wasnt straight right after the alignment procedure. Needed to be checked and redone. 2. One of the engine mounts needed to be replaced on my car. The mechanics didnt install the engine covers properly and forgot to install half of plastic pins holding them together. Now everything is loose and making noise. 3. One day a driveshaft started to make noise on my vehicle. These guys replaced the shaft, but also damaged the boot at the ball joint. Moreover, they didnt tighten the nut, and just returned the vehicle without saying a word. After two days, a terrible knocking noise got very prominent and grease was everywhere. I brought the car back to the shop, and they replaced the entire lower control arm. Well, they tried to charge me for the new LCA, but certainly without success. Guys, this was definitely going too far! A loose ball joint is obviously a huge safety issue! Needless to say, the splint pin was missing as well. Conslusion: I cannot trust these guys anymore. A simple oil change, brake service or tire repair is probably quite the max of their technical skills. For something more challenging keep looking for a better shop.

People here are pretty nice most of time but they are very aggressive for selling things you dont need. Also I had a brake job done here a few months ago and my brakes are squeaking louder then before. I went back today to have them look at it. They told me the brakes look fine and put an anti squeak on them but they are still squeaking an hour later. They told me that rain and such can make a layer of rust and that may be why they are squeaking and you have to drive a few miles to get that rust off. I know that. Never had that issue before they are just pulling things out of the air. I will never go here again I will only go to Lexus from now on. I also feel like something goes wrong with my car everytime I take it there. I had my BMW worked on there multiple times. One time specifically I had my cylinder springs replaced on my BMW and a few days later I went back becuase my cars exhaust was smoking a lot come to find out oil had gotten on my pcv valve hoses and wear them out so it was running to rich. Dont take your care here. I know and going to have my brakes done at Lexus becuase they obviously werent down right at Firestone. Im done dealing with Firestone and it is not worth the fight to get them to redo the brake pads. Ill just take it to the Lexus dealership down the road money to do it right since they actually care.

Took my truck to get its brakes fixed hours later they called and kept adding things to be fixed 1800$ later it was ready to pickup. around two weeks after getting this work done I went back home and it needed an oil change and my mechanic who I had been using for years said that one of the shocks was broken and that it was a very cheap shock and meant for a small car not a pickup truck.. and i had an oil change from firestone and my mechanic was disgusted with how poorly all the work was done they had stripped something with the oil filter. he said the work was garbage and not done right. so it cost me around another grand to fix the problem. $3,000 in 3 weeks on something that should of been done right the first time. They also told me i needed new tires urgently well my mechanic was like no they are fine they have around 15,000 miles left... they are definitely out for money and I would not recommend them even though they are nice for they take advantage and do not care about the quality of work.

Im not a paid actor... just someone who bought new tires from this store. When I bought new rims a week later, the place I bought the rims from broke a lug nut in half stating it was the fault of the person who put my wheel on last because the lugnuts were too tight. The half lug nut was stuck to the stud and there was no way to ever change that tire without getting the rest of the lug nut off. I went back to Firestone and explained the situation to the first person I saw and I could not be happier with how they handled the situation. They worked on that dang lug nut for two hours, took the wheel/tire off form the inside and sawed off the stud, replace all broken parts and fixed my vehicle 100% at zero cost. When leaving the manager and I both acknowledged it might not have even been their fault, but they just wanted to do what seemed right. I trust this store and the management staff to do what is right to the best of their ability therefore I will return.

After doing my research for a few days, I went to Firestone on University Blvd. The store looked very clean and organized. Their complete staff are very professional and courteous. Told Michael Goderwis what I was looking for 225/60R16 for my 2004 Chevy Impala LS, including I have informed him of the other stores s prices and he has given me several options with no pressure and I have selected the Falken ZIEX ZE912. Michaels customer service is graded A+. Very Professional and courteous. Met Darrel Pedraza, Store GM. Being a Army War Veteran, and after told of the prices of his competitors, he has matched and beat their prices by given me several discounts on the options offered which I couldnt refuse and bought four tires. Darrels customer service also A+. I will come back for other needs for my vehicles in the future and will pass this info to my Friend and Family. Many thanks.

So... we took our car in to get a simple, routine oil change. When we got our car back, the oil was filled twice the max amount that youre supposed to have.. PLUS.. as soon as we got it back it sounded rough.. come to find out that the bolt holding the timing belt to the engine block was stripped! I call shenanigans! Firestone fracked our oil change and purposely stripped the bolt. Heres a kicker.. we have a Civic.. so if the timing belt goes, the engine goes. And underlying it all, Firestone didnt seem too happy when we told them that we took it to GoodYear to get our radiator replaced.. Seriously. Shenanigans!! Dont trust Firestone. they will frack you. GoodYear is the BOMB though! they always take care of us (specifically the one on W. Colonial).

My son brought his car to this Firestone when his brakes went out. They diagnosed that it needed a brakeline replaced and that caused the master cylinder to go bad. They proposed I pay $70 for 25 of brakeline,$25 for fittings and $288 for labor just for brakeline replacement. The total price for the work needing to be done was extremely high so I took the car to another shop for another opinion and they reported that the master cylinder was bad but said there was nothing wrong with the brakelines. I used to trust Firestone in Ohio and I hoped to be able to trust them in Florida with my son being 1000 miles from me but that trust is gone. I wouldnt recommend anyone to take thier vehicle to Firestone now. Extremely disappointed in this company.
