When i first started going to Complete Auto Repair and dealing with the Owner Todd things were great. Todd was friendly and helpful, but found out over time that he has a real Bad attitude and forgets a lot including to call you when he says. I had Todd do 3 jobs for me and was about to have him do a 4th job to repair my A/C compressor and condenser. When calling Todd to ask him what parts he told me that i needed again because i wanted to see if i could find some high end parts to replace them. Todd snapped at me telling me that i would not find ANYONE to repair my A/C cheaper than the $1,173 after taxes he quoted me. Telling me that if i bought parts from anyone else that he wouldnt install them and if he did than he would charge me more than full price on labor so it wouldnt be worth it. Little did Todd know while i was speaking to him that he was on speak so Drew the owner of DB Kustoms could hear which parts i was looking for. While speaking with Drew at DB Kustoms he told me that he would NEVER treat me that way and he gave me an offer to do the same repairs as Todd but for only $1,035 after Tax. I went with DB Kustoms a few days later and they are SO MUCH BETTER. I dropped my car off with Drew at 8am, was told that he would have it finished by 4pm. Drew even went the extra mile for me and took me home. Around 12:30pm he calls me telling me that the car is finished asking me if i had a ride to get it. I explained to him that i would have a ride by 4:30p instead of making me wait he dropped my car off at my front door. The A/C is running and COLD again, I also noticed that my car was cleaned both inside and outside without me even asking him to clean it. SAVE yourself Time and MONEY go with DB Kustoms

I was a bit skeptical on going to some auto shop because i am used to just going to the dealership and its guranteed fixed but in a very high cost. Since my car is already disabled and i can nott drive further than a mile, this was the closest repair shop I could find. After further research and read the reviews, i decided to go here on a saturday morning and see what happens. The first mechanic i spoke to was Todd. He was very nice and cool and welcoming. I only waited at the office for at least 10 minutes and he called me to the service area where he explained to me in full detail (without any jargons) what went wrong, what could have happened, how it can be fixed and how can this be prevented. I truly appreciate the professionalism of explaining everything to me and my doubts immediately disappeared. The price is very reasonable (since i also did my research on price ranges). I got my car that afternoon and everything is up running again. So now i found an auto shop that i can rely on. I recommend this auto shop to everyone. Thanks again Todd.

WOW - this place rocks! I am new to the area and where I am from I have a family full of guys who can fix cars. But since I am over 1000 miles away now, I needed someone to fix my ONLY car. I had a power steering hose break on a Sunday (UGH) - called around and knew all of the "chain" places were WAY to high - I looked online (I am a big believer of reviews) found Complete Auto Repair and only being a couple of miles from my house, that was an added bonus! I called and spoke with Todd bright and early Monday Morning - he got me in right away and the price was almost $100 less than the "Chain" repair shops. He had the car down in about 4 hours and the service was impeccable! I know I will need some other repairs done and future oil changes - I am sure Todd will get sick of seeing me (LOL). I recommend this service shop with 1000% stamp of approval!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went here to get 2 old bungs on my exhaust removed and welded over. The owner or manager or whoever was in charge told me he wasnt gonna do it the way I wanted because he didnt want to. He incisted he had to do it the easy way, the way i can do myself at home. When I incised I wanted done the right way he became hostile and kept telling me i didnt know what I was talking about. After a couple minutes I realized he wasnt going to do the job I asked for so I told him i was going to go elsewhere. I didnt think it was possible, but his additude got even worse. He wouldnt even back the car off the lift. He made me do it myself. Worst costomer service Ive seen in a while...I wouldnt ho back here if it was the last mechanic shop on the face of the earth.

I have been going here for the last 11 years and would never take my car anywhere else! The staff is very friendly and they do not try to get over on you like most repair shops. They are honest and get things fixed quickly. They will only fix something if it truly needs to be fixed, they do not play the guessing game which I like and appreciate. I have referred not only family but also friends and now all of us use only them for all our repairs. Todd took over the business a few years ago when Joe retired and he has continued with the same great service since then. He also takes the time to explain anything if I have questions and lets me know when things are starting to go and need to be repaired soon. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any car repairs!

I had gone previously to another car repair where they needlessly charged me for a gas charge and then started running electrical diagnostics when that didnt work. I got tired of waiting and brought it here trusting the reviews. Todd himself met me as I came in, immediately asked me to pop the hood. In less then 3 minutes he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost me. Left it the following day. When I picked it up, he took me into the shop, showed me one by one the parts that he had replaced, changed the belt without charge and the AC has been working beautifully ever since. And the price was what he had quoted. Also, it was great talking with him. I am new to Orlando and now I have found myself my new mechanic shop.

Weve been going to this place since 2005 and were always happy with their service. We moved out of that area 6 years ago and when we recently needed repairs on our car for ball joints and have 3 window mechanisms repaired (and after searching elsewhere for competent and reasonable repair shops), we decided to go back to see Todd and sure enough, he got the job done again timely with the quality and service we were used to from them. Estimate and final cost always match correctly, warranty included. So good to know where to go again the next time we need something done on our cars. Thanks Todd, great job!
