I have been going to Tires Plus Winter Springs for years and have always been more than happy. Recently I bought a new truck and Stephen was over the top helpful with not just advice but his hands on alignment, programing and adjustments. Kevin, Matt, Jim, Shane and the whole crew have always been awesome but last night, after hours, in the dark in the parking lot, Stephen spent his own personal time working on the computer so that my job was complete and everything was safe to operate and even pulled out his own tools and removed my front valance. He clearly did not need to do this and his gracious help is greatly appreciated. I and my family are life-time customers. I encourage anyone to try TP Winter Springs not just for tires but auto repairs and advice!!!

Dont deal the the manager Kevin. Went into Tires Plus to get all new tires on my car. I got some really nice and expensive ones. They asked me if I wanted to buy additional insurance on the tires and I said, no thank you. I left to drive home and before I got there one of the tires was already flat. So I put on the spare and went back to have them look at the flat tire. They said they wouldnt replace the bad tire unless I pay for the service because I didnt buy the extra insurance. I was like WTH, you sold me a Defective product and you wont do anything about it? I drove it less than three miles! Kevin the manager could not have cared less and he was quite possibly the rudest manager of a business I have ever interacted with.

Terrible. Normally I go to the Tires Plus on University, that store has always been a great experience. However I will never be returning to this store again. On University the people there are respectful and will actually talk about my vehicle to me. However going to this location on Red Bug lake and the one employee that I dealt with decided to treat me like I was an idiot. Not naming anyone in particular, I just know that I will not be returning here. Without any kind of decent treatment of the customers Im definitely not coming back.

Thank you to Stephen and the mechanics at Tires Plus for going above and beyond to rectify a problem that ended up being failure of a newly replaced part, not any fault of theirs. I wish I had not had to return after having several repairs completed over the weekend, but these guys worked to make it as painless as possible and I appreciate that. I am very grateful to have had a good friend recommend Tires Plus to me for my auto repairs and will continue to use their services and reFer others to them.

Went to Tires Plus a couple days ago for a flat tire and they patched it for me. A few days later that same tire is flat and they want to charge me again. Terrible service. They had a great opportunity to provide great service and failed miserably
