From my experience this is a family run local shop that has impressed me from day one.They are very friendly, professional, and fairly priced. My family has been using them for almost 3 years now. We take me and my daughters explorers and my wifes Lexus for all maintenance and repairs, and so far weve had nothing to complain about. I use to write service for Rosenthal Nissan Years ago when i lived up north near DC. So every time I take my vehicle to a shop, Im always holding my breath waiting for the unnecessary "up-sell". Since day one, these guys have not done that to me.They will make suggestions for additional service, but they are always very upfront with what items are just routine and can wait, and what needs attention soon. They never use the scare tactics that other shops use to sell routine service. Because of this they have earned my familys business. I always refer them to any coworkers and friends that are looking for a good shop.

Never drive your car to this shop. I wanted my engine oil changed and told them to check my breaks and AC. Later that day I get a call from the shop girl and she told me that I need to spend a big chunk of money. So I went there and to see what was going on with my car, and they showed me every parts that I mentioned was going wrong! (Customer is right strategy) Breaks were rusted, ball joints were worn out and AC belt was stretched. I could not believe that I had to spend $500 on my car so I took it to the Kia dealership service for second opinion. The service representative told me that the car is in a good shape and need no replacement of any sort. I do not recommend anyone to go to this shop because, this mechanic does not know what he is doing or they are liars or may be both.

They have been doing my work for past 2 years on Ford Crown Vic. & Mercury LSE..... everything excellent, fast service, fair prices, no double talk, and when I saw the two negative reviews I understood.... where they came from.....people who just dont get it, & know little about maintaining and servicing an automobile, and, being unfair to the Garage....I am retired, but was Owner of Motor Marts of America for 20 years in S. Fla. & know what Im talking about.

Once again a fantastic job! If you are looking for a honest, extremely knowledgeable mechanic, look no further. I am a single mom and money is tight. I always get a fair price and a clear explaination of what needs to be done. It takes sooooooo much weight off my shoulders knowing that I am not going to get ripped off. A+++++++

NEVER GO HERE. I brought a part for them to put on my car and after taking my car apart tell me its the wrong part and still wanted to charge me just as much to put it back together and not I have had to buy a new part and they told me my car would be ready last night and its already halfway through today.
