Fui por una falla y confiando en la experiencia del jefe de taller nos fuimos. Gastamos en la reparación sugerida y la falla siguió. Tuvimos que salir huyendo del huracán Andrew y resultó que arriesgamos nuestras vidas, porque teniamos dos cauchos malos. Pésimo servicio. Went for a failure in one tire and the best mechanic in the shop said that the problem was something else. We trusted him, although knowing it was the tire. Made the suggested changes and the same problem was there. Had to run away from Andrew huracain risking our lifes with two bad tires. Confirmed by a decent Firestone shop. Can not believed this shop is so blind and stubborn.

I gave them a one star and that was generous. Took our Nissan in to have the a/c checked. They changed the Freon and it was blowing hot air when we left in it, brought it back and the compressor was blown. Put in New compressor and after taking it back to them twice, took it to Deland Nissan where we found all the bolts were loose and one had been sheared off into the block. Deland Nissan had to repair and thankfully were able to get the bolt out of the block and replace the with a new compressor because the one replaced by firestone was an after market compressor which did not work. Took compressor back to firestone for a refund. This was on Thursday and we did not receive the $788. refund until the following Wednesday. Worst experience ever at a mechanic.

A few months ago, we dealt with an extremely condescending & rude employee (Chad). Afterwards, we vowed to never return to this Firestone location. Within a couple of days we were contacted by a man named Chris in regards to the incident. Unfortunately I had missed the call, but he left a long & the most sincere apology Ive ever received for poor service. Prior to the issues with the employee, Id never had an issue when Ive taken my car in. That coupled with Chris call has managed to get us back on board with Firestone!

#UPDATE COMING SOON# Manager James Koch recommended a service which was declined. The only service I wanted on my escalade was break work. His recommendation was simply that and not required and only his opinion. Break work was requested many times. Manager James K. refused service unless we did his recommendations. Still in shock that service was refused. No shirt no service I understand, but no service on my truck because I didnt want to be charged for extra services that was your opinion is inhumane mistreatment.

Sometimes the wait time for just an oil change is way to long. Had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting area and they knew we were waiting there. Better off leaving your car but its not always doable. I feel like they should have a better system for quick things like this as it only takes 15 min to do it. Otherwise staff are very nice and helpful and they do a decent job. Noticed fluids never get topped off even though it should be a part of the oil change so they need some retraining on that aspect.

They are great if you like paying 655$ for a fuel pump. They also bleed the clock for labor. I got in at 1045am they started charging me labor for my car sitting out back. I physically watched them work on my vehicle at 1:34pm and finish at 4:59pm. I was charged 105$ in extra labor costs for my car just sitting there. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again I only payed for it because they were the only place open on a Sumday vs tires plus. I needed my vehicle working so I was backed against the wall.

I wont go back to them for anything. New in town I used them 3 years ago to check out my car. They came up with about $1000 worth of so called needs. One was a battery. I said "no" on most of the things I agreed to about $300 of the items on the list not really knowing if I even really needed that and just only last week had to replace that battery. They wanted $30 just to replace a light bulb that i got done for nothing at auto zone. I just dont trust them.

5 hours to put 2 tires on!!! I understand being busy but when you tell me it will be done at 1pm and I show up at 1 and its finally done at 2:30. Omg than give me a free oil change next visit lol. Dont go here they are lost and dont know how to plan, schedule or how to have proper customer service. Was happy here before they burnt the bridge down with me and will not ever return for any service!!! Save your time go else where anywhere is better.

Brought our company vehicle here that needed an oil change, tires rotated, brakes checked and changed as well as the rotors. I understand it would not be done the same day so we left it over night only to find out the next evening the only thing that had been done was an oil change. A total of 3 days of work was lost. We will not be returning with any of our fleet vehicles to be serviced here.

Horrible service. Took over 24 hours to do a simple oil change, tire rotation and front brakes. The moment I drove away I had a bad feeling. Sure enough within 30 miles I was stranded on the side of the highway because the caliper on the front passenger wheel was put on wrong and it gouged out my rim, and locked up the wheel. Never going to this Firestone again!

Bought new tires from them had a flat...took em over 3 hours to do a flat repair...had another flat the guy said another 2 to 3hours...what a waste of time...so much for road hazzard warranty....i will never return to this slow slow place....took the 2nd flat tire to agt had me in and out in 30 min...dont waste ur time or money here!

Quick and simple; I was driving through town and I was assisted immediately, and Chris took time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle. After inspecting it for 30 minutes, it only took about 30 minutes to fix the alignment and get me back on the road. Inside was clean, and the staff was friendly and approachable.

A quick note to say what a great job Chad did on our behalf. We had a Toyo tire fail in a big way! We didnt buy it from him, yet Chad did everything he could to help us, including calling Toyo and making them replace it for free.

Why do all other tire places always make it seem to be a chore to take your business? These guys work for your business and are always professional.
