They wouldnt install my tires because they didnt think the sidewalls were big enough for their machine. This was total BS because the manager went to his guy and actually ASKED HIM if he wanted to do it. You dont ask your employee YOU TELL THEM to do their job. I then went to the WalMart Auto Center in Deltona and they laughed that off and agreed it was complete BS. They changed my tires no problem. They were 275/35/R17 on stock Chevy rims which is a decent sidewall, not like some silly ricer lo profile rim/tire combo. Its a total fail. Screw these guys and their lazy asses.

I arrived in lane at 440pm i sat til 5pm got out of car asked for a manager William the manager reluctantly apologized for the wait. Hector had a stilus and pad that took another 7 mins to enter info; Then he and a lil guy took more time looking to see if magnatec in bulk in here was enough to do change; ending with itll be 45 mins. Little eye contact during any of these interactions mind you.....Come on people! What happens with customer service in this place!!! There isnt any, i just wanted a hassle-free oil change!

This place sucks! They where training someone to put lugnuts on my truck! Really??? Also the put the oil drain plug on with inpact and will strip it every time. Do not bring your vehical unless ita an emergency on Sunday.
