My car was sent by a bodyshop to Inlign for a 4 wheel alignment. Over the life of this vehicle everyone that rode in it commented on how quiet it was. When we got it back there was a noise. The car was returned by the bodyshop to Inlign where they were told that they thought they had found the problem, they hadnt tightened a bolt properly. This was enough that it should have bothered me, they left a bolt loose on a suspension item... really? but I had faith in the bodyshop. Unfortunately it didnt solve the problem and the noise got progressively worse. Back to Inlign via the body shop where this time they said, I know it seems like a real coincidence but it turns out to be a wear and tear item, it needs a new strut bearing, only $300 installed. Well, if this was the case I surely couldnt blame it on a minor accident. I took the car to Inlign and waited the whole morning while they installed it. It didnt solve the problem. I had an appointment I couldnt miss so I left and came back and spent the afternoon while they tried to find the problem but didnt. Finally I told the bodyshop and the insurance company that I was taking it back to the dealer. The dealer found that there was a bolt that was stripped and therefore couldnt be tightened. I paid another $300 to the dealer and asked him to check the other strut bearing since if one was bad the other should show wear as well. It didnt. Back to talk to the owner, Tim, who spent about two weeks to come to the conclusion that there was no way it could be his shops fault and he would do nothing for me. Perhaps these folks are fine some of the time, but when they make a mistake, and I am certain, the dealer is certain and I am pretty sure the bodyshop knows, his shop caused it and wont accept responsibility. Be aware and be careful. This could have caused a dangerous situation and you could be at risk if you trust this shop!

I just moved up to the area and looked up a tire/mechanic shop. So I decided to check them out after a friend told me he heard good things about them. I came in and had my tires balanced due to a bounce I developed highway speeds. I told them I wanted to have the tires balanced and they asked why so I explained. Not only did they balance my tires the looked over the truck for any other issues that could be causing it. They also test drove my truck being it on the street not just in the parking lot like most places would. After they were done with that they put it on the alignment rack to check it which I really appreciate. The gentleman I was dealing with I cant remember is name but he wears a marines hat (very nice guy by the way). Told me the alignment was off which I figured having dealing with shops that was not that great. But they didnt have the time to do it they said come in tomorrow morning and they could get me fixed up I explained the only day I could come back was Saturday. Me and him knowing on my truck its going to take well over an hour. He checked the computer and let me know that he can get me in first thing Saturday morning and he can have me fixed up. I showed up 7 am on Saturday morning they took me in almost rite away. The gentleman who was doing the work did a excellent job he aligned took it for a ride and brought it rite back in did some more tinkering and he did a great job. My steering wheel is best it has ever been since I owned it (most other places just cant get it rite idk y maybe the steering gear). I can say I am absolutely happy with there service, prices, hours (most places dont open till 9 or 10 on a saturday), and the people there

Word to the wise. When taking your car to a tire shop to get any work done take pictures of your rims the moment you get there. Also ask them to have someone come look at the rims before they start work to verify the condition they are in. I just left Inlign Auto and had about the worst experience you could possibly have. They absolutely mangled the lip of one of my rims and said "there is no way our machine could have done that". They gave me every excuse in the book like how the other rim was done on the same machine with the same tech and it is not messed up so there is no way the other one could have been damaged. That logic is so flawed I dont even need to argue against it. They then said that "this happens all the time with those painted wheels". When I said if it happens all the time how can you say it could not have happened this time? The answer, "oh it happens all the time, just not here". They then tried to say my other rims all had the same damage, which they do not. They have some road chips not a huge long scrape. After them refusing to do anything about it I told them I would not pay for the work they did. So I get in my car to leave and the TMPS light is on. I go back in and the owner tells me "I dont know why that would happen and I would not know without scanning it which I will not do for free". So a quick recap. They scratch the hell out of my rim and most likely broke a TPMS sensor and deny it all and refuse to check out the light that was not on when I arrived. If you have a car with any kind of wheels you actually care about please do not take it to Inlign Auto in Longwood.

This place is amazing! We discovered Inlign after our vehicles engine died. We were going to one shop in Orange City and I never trusted them nor felt they practiced honest business. A friend recommended Inlign and I will never allow anyone else to work on our vehicles again. The owner, Tim, is a genuine person who is a straight shooter. He said he would try to get us as much as possible for our dead vehicle and ended up getting us THREE TIMES MORE than we expected! He couldve easily pocketed the difference and we wouldve never known but that is a testament to his honestly. Everyone who works there is so friendly and presents options without ever pressuring you into making a decision for things you dont need. The shop itself is so clean and well kept. Free wifi and coffee (and no not the old fashioned coffee pots that you see at 7-11 but modern Krueig-like machines.. very classy). And as a woman, their bathrooms are immaculate! This is very important to me since you usually spend a decent amount of time waiting for repairs. I could spend an entire day here and feel comfortable (actually.. I am right now as Im writing this review.. on their free wifi!). I just cannot recommend this place enough. I do not believe the Nov. 9 reviewer actually had the experience they described (people on here love to embellish). So give this place a try! We live 20+ miles away and travel the distance without worry.. Its just that good!
