I cant say enough good things about MLR. They were as honest as you could ever hope for. I didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle. As a woman I went in there and as always, felt at the mercy of their honesty. I first met Mr. Ron Spencer and agreed to leave my vehicle with them so they could check it out. Mr. Spencer called within an hour and clearly explained what was wrong, inclusive of a full explanation of what was needed to fix it and a breakdown of exactly how much it would cost and how each dollar would be applied. Additionally he gave me an overview of what preventive maintenance I needed to address. I couldnt get it all done, but I will return to them for ALL of my vehicle needs, both fixes and maintenance in the future. Anyone who wants an honest mechanic and wants to support our local small business community dont hesitate to take your vehicle to these guys!!!!! They are truly awesome........ Thanks Ron for the great customer service!!!!

Is it just me, or did we get the shaft, you be the judge! Our final bill $917.42 (Invoice #1993). Our vehicle - 2001 Infinity I-30. Replacement Items (1) Right Control Arm / Part Price $192.36 / Remove & Replace Price $193.09 (2) Wheel Hub Plus Bearing Assy / Part Price $212.88 / Remove & Replace $219.43 (3) Shop Supplies? / Price $39.73 (4) Hazardous Materials? / Price $8.00 (5) Tax $51.93 = $917.42 ... I went to this shop because they offered payment plans. But after requiring about the plans, we opted-out. You must write post-dated checks plus 14% interest over 30 to 90 days, Even the owner (Mark) did not recommend it. Once there, we where stuck, we were told that it would be dangerous to drive, because the wheels could fall off. So, my Wife and I bit the bullet and took the shafting. Other repair shops quoted $425 to $550.00 plus a "Alignment" afterwards.

I saw a sign on the front of this building so I took my car into Mlr Auto to get a $9.99 oil change and from the second I walked through the door I was greeted by the owner and his wife. Very nice people. They took my car in for the oil change and looked over the entire car and came to me with a list. I at first thought the worst, that he was going to try to tell me that my car needed a bunch of work and sell me everything under the moon. Instead they took me out to the car showed me my brakes and said that i could wait a few months to have them done. They told me I should flush some of my fluids but I could not afford to do that at this time. All I got was my oil change but I will definatly go back for other work since the first visit was sooooo good!!! THANKS GUYS!!!

I WENT OVER THERE TRYING TO FIX MY CAR THE OWNER HIS NAME IS MARC THIS GUY WAS REAL RUDE WITH 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE I DID HAVE NO CHOICE TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE FOR AN APPRAISAL THEY CALL ME LIKE IN 30 MINUTES THAT THE ALTERNATOR WAS BAD AND IT WAS GOING TO BE $708 DLLS. OF COURSE I SAID NO I TOLD THIS GUY MARC TO LEAVE MY CAR OUTSIDE WITH KEYS ON MY CAR AND I WOULD GO LATER TO GET IT & WHAT THEY DID THEY LOCK CAR WITH KEYS INSIDE THIS GUY MARC TOLD ME LIKE THIS, WELL IF I CANT OPEN IT YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL A LOCKSMITH REAL RUDE GUY AFTER WE OPEN T MY CAR I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP NEAR BY REAL NICE PEOPLE AND KIND PEOPLE, PLUS THEY ONLY CHARGE ME $415 Dlls. PLEASE PLEASE I ADVICE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Seriously. Bring your vehicle HERE!! I wouldnt dare take my LEXUS anywhere else. Mark and his staff give me royal treatment EVERY time I take my car there. I treat it with kid gloves and so does MLR. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to MLR for all auto repair. I have had many expensive parts fail on me (11 year old Lexus). Upper/Lower Catalytic Converters, Headlight Computer (a $1,500 PART from the dealer), Air Conditioning, etc. I GUARANTEE Mark & MLR saved me THOUSANDS of dollars (if I took it to a dealership)!!! These guys know my Lexus inside and out. Service, Satisfaction and Honesty. I trust them all day long and twice on Sunday. Thanks Mark.

Truly a great company and a great person - How often does a college student walk out to his car in the morning, cant start his car, and then his roommates car right next to it wont start either? Marc from MLR is truly a dime a dozen in this world. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Not only did he get the job done, and done well, he took me to class to ensure that I wasnt late. You just dont find people like that anymore. Wether you know everything about cars, or absolutely nothing, MLR automotive will get it done fast, efficient, and with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much for everything Marc. You my dog haha

MLR has by far taken customer service to the next level. after calling several auto places i got in touch with Marc the shop owner, his fair price had me hooked off the bat. i explained to him my busy schedule at work, he told me that i could place my key in his drop box with my address and car info and he would have the car picked up. at this point Marcs reassurance made me comfortable enough to pull the trigger with MLR. Marc spent extra time on my car rewiring it and it shows. i have to say im more than happy with my experience at MLR and will be looking forward to getting more work done with them in the future.

Crook. Absolute crook. He tried to tell me that several different things were wrong with my car. Little did he know of my mechanical knowledge. $ 700 was what he wanted because my car was overheating. All it needed was a hose. I had him replace the hose only and went on my way. Interesting that the car never overheated after that, even though I didnt do all the other stuff he said I had to do. Stay away at all costs. He tries to smooth talk you to, but dont be fooled. He is the type of mechanic that most people fear....

I have been going to mark and the guys for years now and I have never had a problem with them or anything they have ever done to my cars that I have taken there. Mark and the guys are very honest and now a days people are not that way. Being a female most machines would take advantage of that fact. But he doesnt he tells you what needs to be done and if you want it fixed they fix it in a timely manner. They are just a great bunch of guys. I recommend then to everyone I know. THEY ARE THE BEST

Totally ripped off. They not only did not fix a simple exhaust issue, they wouldnt even release the vehicle without payment in full. I am a single mother who had to get the car back, I had no choice and now have to sue them which cost a lot. I am sad that this place can even be in business, i should have known better than to go here, there was a man arguing about his repair with the owner when I pulled up. Go to a reputable mechanic, not a fly-by-night
