Avoid this place at all cost. They are the disreputable type of mechanic you often hear horror stories about. I had to wait an unreasonably long time for a basic oil change. They tried to sell me on various repairs my car needed, like new break parts. I was told things like I was risking my life driving that car with the breaks in the present condition. My car is only a few years old and I dont drive much, so I declined all these. After I got home I noticed my car was leaking oil over the engine where it was burning up. I called the company to ask if I could take it in to figure out why my oil was leaking and he said he was booked up until next week, basically refusing to look at it. I took my car to the Subaru dealer and they saw me right away and fixed the problem. The oil filter was punctured and was of very low quality. The Subaru dealer also said that all the other services this company tried to sell me on were not needed. My breaks were years away from needing to be replaced. Basically this company is one of these shady companies that does a crappy job and tries to extract as much money from you as possible by lying to the customer. The mechanics dont speak English, making it difficult to communicate with them.

Good place for an oil change but dont go there if you have a check engine light that you need a diagnostic for... They will only scan the car with a bigger scanner (for $50) which is free at any good shops or even stores like auto-zone or advance... FREE vs $50 you do the math. After that he will start guessing while you are spending on parts and labor... I went in with 2 codes, spent $300, got out with the same 2 codes because he didnt guess right and he was ready to charge me more for his next guess. Unless u know whats wrong with your car and just need cheap labor price to get it done, dont go there or you better cross your fingers and hope his first guess is right... I dont think he was trying to steal my money though, hes just inexperienced and only cares about paying the rent instead of taking the time to find out what the problem it with your car... Hopefully that helps

JRs Auto Repair has wonderful customer service! While being a UCF student, I usually go to the Tires Plus right off of University Blvd. After waiting 4 hours for a diagnosis on the car, being lied to about "issues" with my vehicle and told it would be an 800$ fix I knew they were trying to rip me off. After a referral to JRs from a family friend, I was able to get my car in early the next morning, worked on and finished before noon, and for nearly 1/8 of the price! I will most definitely use there auto services as long as I am in the Orlando area, thank you guys!!

Always come here for an oil change, its always quick and well done. Im here no more than 25 minutes every time and I dont even have to make an appointment. I always recommend my friends and family to Jr.. Ive also gotten my brakes fixed here and it was at a good price and done in a timely manner. Coming here is always a pleasure. The owner and the mechanic are both trustworthy. They never invent non-existing problems to charge me for random stuff that my car doesnt need. Best place.

Incompetent. We took an infinity to repair at this shop and they told us they were able to fix it . The next day after i spent money on the tow truck they come with the excuse that the repair was over their limitations.On top of that they still charged us 69.99 for a diagnose that we could do my self. So I had to spend even more money to tow the car again to another shop to get it repaired.

Jr. Is always completely fair about prices and will do everything he can to make sure you get the best price. Hes been extremely reliable and is always the first person that comes to mind when I am making a recommendation to a friend/family member.

Been to JR Auto now several times with both of my vehicles. Junior has very reasonable prices and really does a great job. Hes professional and personable and knows his stuff. He doesnt sell you services you dont need and uses top grade parts. Cant say the same about other auto repair places in the vicinity. Highly recommend. Will definitely continue using them.

Jr. Auto Repair has been taking great care of our car a Mercedes-Benz for a little over a year. They always right, excellent, and professional by providing customer service. Junior and Angel are real stand up guys. They fixed my wheel bearings at a fraction of what Tires Plus charged me. Not only did they fix my car, but these guys went out of their way to do an emergency check up for me when I thought my traction control was failing. My wifes car was not running smoothly, they took care of the problem, cleaned the engine, did a great job at a very reasonable price, he was able to do it the same day I called. I will be taking my truck there for shocks and struts soon. They also have great prices on synthetic oil changes. Definitely recommend.
