In general, where I take my car. Good prices, friendly staff. My only complaint is that once when I had a rather irritating squeak going on, they couldnt find it (or even hear it). Took it to the dealer and they identified it within minutes in a test ride. Wasnt anything to worry about, but even so. Great place for tires, oil changes, shocks, etc.; cant comment on their engine repair as Ive never had to have it done.

Ive been going to Franz Auto Tire for many years. They are awesome to deal with. On my most recent trip to Franz I had tire losing air. I was hoping they could repair it but it was not repairable. I couldnt afford a new one so Joe said he might have a used tire I could buy. Luckily he had the same tire I had for a great price. My problem was solved. Thanks again to Joe and his staff.

I received one estimate for a leaking solenoid, valve cover gaskets, and transmission service and then I took my van to Franz Auto and they were able to repair the problems at a much better dollar amount. I was very happy about the dollar amount as well as the great service.

Dropped in to get a flat tire repaired. The guy behind the counter told me their mechanic was at lunch and that I could come back in thirty minutes. He was friendly and nice about it, but they ended up losing the sale as I took my business down the street.
