My experience with Euro Motors was phenomenal! When I arrived Adrian, the Master Mechanic greeted me in a professional manner. He asked me a couple questions about my BMW and then asked what type of problems I was having with my car. Immediately right after, he catered to my car to diagnose the problem I was having. While he was running the diagnostic on my car we had a brief a conversation about his background and it was impressive. BMW certified, Trained at the actual factory in Munich Germany and attends training seminars in South Carolina on a regular basis to keep up with new technology. Right after he was done with his diagnostic he explained the reason my BMW had a malfunction in pure detail, I dont think anyone else could of explained any better. Adrian then gave me some options to get the job done. Cindy at the front office was a gem! At check out we spoke for a bit about the business and one thing she said during our conversation stood out. She said " We are here to help people and do honest business" and she stood behind those words. The reason I say she stood behind those words is because when I was getting ready to pay for the diagnostic she quoted me half the price I payed two months ago at a euro shop on colonial. Cindy explained I did not need the full diagnostic and that she was also going to honor me a discount. If you ever been to any service shop they try to squeeze you for whatever they can but not with Euro Motors. I will forever be a customer of Euro Motors because of the knowledge,honesty and great customer service Cindy and Adrian provided me with. Thank you!!!

Despues de buscar opciones al fin llegue al lugar donde me senti en confianza. Pude ver la transparncia e honestidad en el staff y el mecanico. Me explicaron el por que de lo que pasaba en el carro y com hiba a ser el proceso para repararlo. Gente humilde y espectacular con un mecanico de excelencia. Definitivamente este negocio familiar es el lugar donde hir si necesitas reparaciones en tu carro. Muy agradecido. Altamente recomendado!!! Gracias!!!

In my humble opinion, Euro Motors is the worse business in Orlando. Theyve lied and cheated to me and my family. I would not recommend them for any job. They say that they change parts and they dont.Master Tech????? Thats another joke. I have 10 more people that will be writing reviews. He left a 2014 BMW M4 engine chained to a piece of wood and had the client come pick it up. He lied about giving my cousin a tuneup and he didnt change one part. A Mercedes Benz caught on fire there. The list goes on and on. Ive had to take my car back several times and they always charged more money. Now I finally realized that I have been getting ROBBED!! Dont be a fool like me. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC!!!!! PLEASE HAVE YOUR CAR LOOKED AT BY SOMEONE ELSE AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!! Stay tuned for all of the other horror stories to come.

Euro Motors is the most competent and ethical automotive repair company I have found in Orlando. The owner has been trained at Universal Technical Institute and advanced to BMW Master Mechanic Training with BMW in Germany. Unlike other repair facilities, Euro Motors visually shows the customer what repairs are necessary, presents the faulty parts for the customers inspection and makes sure the customer knows exactly what needs to be done and why. Beware of mechanics who always "discover" something additional that they "recommend" to ensure your safety. Get a second opinion if they do that. At Euro Motors you will never wonder if you are being treated honestly because you will know that you are.

You wont find a friendlier or more helpful repair shop in Florida. I cant say enough about how good a job they did and how helpful they are. I waited a while to write my review to make sure my Lexus was really fixed. Previously, I had two other mechanic shops work on my car and tell me it was fixed. Neither of the other shops solved the problems I had as lights kept popping up all over the dashboard within a week or so of the repairs. It has now been months since Euro Motors worked on my Lexus and it continues to be perfect. Know one can tell me that Euro Sports doesnt know what they are doing as they are the best value around and genuinely caring folks. I highly highly recommend them.

Euro Motors is by far the BEST mechanic shop in Central Florida. I was introduced to them by a local dealership. I cannot express how impressed I am with the quality of service I received for my car repair. I went to them with a concern and Adrian and his team took the time to show me the specific area of concern. This was so appreciated!!!! I was very comfortable with the level of service and quality of work. It is very difficult to find a mechanic shop where you can receive the professional, honest and efficient care. If you are looking for incredible customer service, professional, quality skills, honesty and the best price then this is where you need to go! Coming from a horrible experience with an unknowledgeable mechanic without proper training (Euro Dr.) in Narcoossee rd. DO NOT GET IT CONFUSED, Euro Motors are very truthful with their work. The first car did not pass inspection and this company worked with me and my family providing us a discount to bring 2 other cars to be inspected before we finally found a sound car. This review is better late than never. I was referred by one of the gentleman from the Auto Zone in Moss Park. Long story short my battery died, Auto Zone was unable to replace the battery due to me owning a European car and it had to be reset. I was referred to Euro Motors and their team who was nice enough to extend their hours and reinstall my battery. They had awesome best customer service. I will definitely be heading back!

Ever since I purchased my Beemer 2 years ago I have been coming to Euro Motors. They are extremely family oriented and honest. Honesty is one of the biggest things I look for in a shop and Adrian does not recommend work that is not a necessity. They treat me like family every time I walk in the door. Im not just a number to them. Sindy is awesome and I recommend this shop to anyone who owns a car is built in Europe.
