This year instead of putting snow tires on myself I decided to take me car to a "professional"for a quick and easy install. (snow tires were already on steel rims) Garro tire is a local place Ive driven by for many years and thought Id give them a shot. Why not? Its a lot easier to put tires on with a lift and its as simple as removing 5 lugs, pulling off tire, putting new tire on, replacing lug nuts. Well, despite leaving my car there for 3 hours the job was a bit too complicated. They brought my car out and said it was making a clunking sound from the rear. I went out and looked at the tires - THEY DIDNT TIGHTEN THE REAR LUG NUTS! Of course it was making a sound! I pointed this out and they said "OH" and brought it back in to tighten the lug nuts - BUT THEY DIDNT PUT THE CAR BACK ON THE LIFT TO SEAT THE RIM AGAINST THE HUB PROPERLY! They just tightened the lug nuts on the ground! UNBELIEVABLE! Thus, I had to bring the car home (short distance), raise the car up and redo everything. I understand it was a busy day, but I could have DIED! Whats even more incredible, they still charged me to put the tires on. This place is DANGEROUS avoid them like the plague - they both just might kill you. F-

Not only are they great at what they do, I never have to wait to get an appointment or to get taken care of once I get there! I have had Mike G and his guys take care of my cars since I was 16 and that has been almost three decades of great service! I tell all my friends to go see Mike and tell him I sent you!

I stopped to get a flat fixed on my classic car asking if they could fix it .. Sure thing they say... OH! it has a tube in it sorry cant fix It.. I can not belive a company that deals in tires cant not fix a Flat!!! DAAA.. this is what they they do for a living ..Tire stuff

Waited 15 min in showroom ti purchase a set if tires....got tired of waiting...tried calling when I left....has to call twice before someone answered. ..The guy was rude..I have purchased tires their before....I will not go back...
