Buyer Beware!! This dealership advertised a Certified preowned with clean Carfax 2014 Avalon XLE with 12,683 miles. I drove 1hour and 45min to close on the deal that i made on the phone with salesman Jorge Balsulto and Manager Barb. Upon arrival they could not show me on paper that the car was a Certified preowned Toyota or the clean Carfax. Barb pulled the file then revield that the car had been damaged in a wreck and thats why it is NOT certified and does NOT have a clean Carfax. The car also had 15881 miles on it which is over 3000 miles more than advertised. Less than ten minutes after my wife and i left the dealership in discuss Barb and Jorge called us to explain that the car is being looked at by their shop and it is Certified. REALLY!! 160 point check to be certified in less than ten minutes? I have purchased and hope to continue to purchase Toyota products but it certainly will not be from Alan Jay Toyota..

This review is not based on the sales rep Roger this review is for management they made me waste 2days for nothing the financial manager and the general manager Tony Pate are both bunch of liers we get there on saturday and everything was all peaches and cream I was told to come back Monday today that they had to speak to the financial company and that things were going to get done no matter what....when I arrive today I was great by the same sales rep very nice when asked what went on the financial manager that had made all this promises didnt even come close to explain what happened...great way to treat your customers making people waste there time for nothing.....

Always pleased with the service. Was debating on whether to put a little money into my 1997 Toyota Celica or purchase a new Toyota. After consulting with the service department and getting a quote on updating services on my Celica. I decided to keep my car. New tires, fixing my A/C, a new radiator, and a few other minor things. Leased a Prius C in December. My second Prius. Chris was great and very informative, Danny gave me a great deal, didnt have to go out of town for a great deal. Best Finance manager ever. Wasnt pushy, Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need but did let me choose what I thought would be beneficial. wear & tear since it was a lease and First place finish, cause of the love bugs and 2 young kids. Dont I repeat trust this place!!! They lie and love to waste your time! Im very pissed working on my day for days drove over hundred miles to get the old switcheroo the car we talked about sold and they tried to give me another. This place sucks just go to another Toyota. I excet this from a used car place not Toyota. Im so upset I dont even want a toyota anymore Im going American. Thanks Sebring toyota you guys suck *****

They made us drive for almost two hours from my house here telling us the will help and when we arrived the sales man didnt give us attention sing that we cant buy because our time living in USA was only 6 months and so on inventing any excuse to get rid of is. If he will ask the right questions over the phone it would save us time and gas money . On the way bach home an other 2 hours drive very unhappy with the outcome

Brought my vehicle in to fix a misfire and they wanted to charge me $3600 to install a "USED" not new cylinder head , this place will rip you off I know because the misfire turned out to just be an ignition coil that cost 80$ and the car runs like new !! These people are money hungry and after that they still tried to sell me a Toyota Camry 2014 with monthly payments of $800 !! It wasnt even new it was used !

Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. My nephew bought his truck there and had a great experience so I went there today and bought a new Corolla. Originally I went to Miracle Toyota in Haines City and they were exactly $100 more a month than Alan Jay came in at for the same exact car....color and everything. Gave incredible amount for my trade and I couldnt be happier.
