Went to the dealer for brake job and after inspection they told me I needed pads, but that the wait would be about 2 days to get to my car, so against my better judgment, I went to this place. First they told me that in addition to the pads, I needed rotors - I declined and asked only for the pads. While I was waiting I heard this crashing noise and checked to see that the person taking off my wheels let them fall from mid-height to the floor - of course I almost had a coronary. Anyway I kept my cool, paid my bill and drove home (approx. 4 miles in traffic). Next day I went on the highway and both front wheels started vibrating so badly that I had to turnaround and went back to them. Two techs drove the car - the first one didnt feel ANY vibration in the wheels. The second felt it but believe it was the shocks!! Anyone knows that vibration is most likely balancing. Now I have to go pay for balancing because some fool was too lazy to remove the wheels before hoisting the car. If these are the kinds of guys you want working on your car, be my guest - my recommendation - DRIVE BY!!!

I have been to this Just Brakes location a couple of times and the customer service is always fantastic. The most recent visit I had consisted of them replacing my headlight which I purchased somewhere else, which I thought was really fantastic of them to do in the first place, and then they did it for free. In my experience Ive only had them tell me one thing that was really supposedly "absolutely necessary" to replace that wasnt actually necessary to replace and it was quite expensive; however, it wasnt the end of the world. The other times Ive been there to have work done theyve been pretty genuine and honest and I havent spent a ton of money on labor or parts. I started coming to this just brakes location because of some bad experiences at Pep Boys, and I have not been disappointed in the same way as I was there. The customer service certainly is the star attraction, every single one of the guys that I have worked with has been very friendly and efficient. I will certainly go back for most of my vehicle work, they do a great job!

Reading some reviews I noticed how some people do not have any idea on how things work; this is the situation briefly: if you purchase a car and after years of use, years of stop and go, you decide that your car need a brakes work...just forget that the cost is going to be the "special" they advertise...Obviously after checking pads, rotors, drums what the mechanics find is a complete disaster and the repairs are going to be more expensive...make sense? That happens in my case and I was happy to pay for the job (s) since brakes in perfect order means SAFETY and peace of mind. This guys perform a excellent job. I recommend the place!!!

Just. Wipers is a more accurate name, my car ran much better before they "worked" on it. Spent 5 hours & $1,400. The only thing I can say they completed properly was the windshield wipers. DO NOT take your car here for brakes, they replaced everything and they still squeak, grind, grab, DO Not take your car here for fluid flush, they did a fluid flush the car whines more now than before. DO NOT take your care here for anything other than wiper blades.ASE mechanics Im sure their NOT. Ive had more problems with my car now than ever before.

I was excited about the 99 dollars. I paid just under 110 dollars, HOWEVER While watching them work on my car they only resurfaced one rotor, and not both. It was getting late and they assumed I wouldnt notice they were doing a half@ss job. The place looked like it was owned by at home mechanics with tools thrown everyone. I needed brakes badly, id never go back to any Just for brakes~ Seems like they put all their money into advertising instead of quality mechanics and true to its word garuntee~

Had my brakes done today. Needed new calipers pads and rotors. Was quoted$780 for the job-Ouch!! I agreed because6 I could not6 continue to drive it the way it was. When i got the bill the quote was6accurate but I was charged $289 in labor!!! I watched the work6 and it may have6been45 actual6minutes of work although I waited 2.5 hours. This was my fault but if you6go to6this place ask what the labor6cost is and then6decide if you want6to pay. Great brakes but outrageous6cost for labor!!!!

My fiancé went in for a $99 brake special and after they took the wheels off the said it needed over $600 worth of work. The dealership had previously looked at the brakes and it just needed Pads. Before she knew what hit her they had already disassembled everything and were putting new parts on. They then explained it was to late to put the old parts back on.....DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

RIP OFF!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I went in for the $99 brake special and ended up with a $500 bill. They get you in there with a $99 offer and tell you they wont know exactly for sure how much it will cost until they take the tires off. Then once they do that they tell you that you have much more damage and give you a much higher price. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!

Just Brakes in Kissimmee is great! David hooked me up with great service after my horrible experience at the Lakeland Just Brakes. They stayed open till 11 o clock pm to fix my problem and they got it done fast. They guys there are very friendly and with set you straight!

Great folks, 100% up front on what I needed. Took a look at my breaks and said that a new set werent nessisery. Even rotated my tires at no charge since they were already off the vehicle for the inspection.

Nope never again in my life..... overcharge for low quality breaks went back multiple times after to try and get them fixed but they blamed it on other parts.... friendly front desk people tho.
