Just left Tuffy and had a wonderful experience! My coolant has been leaking and I knew something was wrong but didnt know what. I originally made an appointment with Firestone down the street and after examining the car, I was told I needed a brand new radiator and quoted me $707 for the parts and labor. They even walked me out to the car to see the "crack" in the radiator. What they showed me was the residue from the coolant and knowing I dont know much about cars, I could only take their word for it. I paid for the diagnostic and left with a feeling that I needed to get a second opinion. I called Tuffy and they got me in right away. When all was said and done, I did not need a new radiator but simply needed to replace a hose. I was walked out to the shop by Richard and he simply pressed down on the hose and showed me exactly where it was leaking. Because of their honesty, I saved hundreds of dollars and I cannot thank them enough especially during this time of year. I would HIGHLY recommend Winter Springs Tuffy and planning to bring my car back here for regular maintenance and everything in between. Thank you guys again for your honesty and professionalism and getting me in and out in no time!

They worked on my car and a brake job was part of the work and 6 months later I am having to get another brake job and the Mechanic was trying to lie and over charge me with changing my brake light telling me it was against the law to allow me.to leave with light out which I knew I felt after having midas look at the work they did I was overcharged I would never go here again they wanted to do more work but I got it quoted 250 less at midas and Mechanic and staff had nasty attitude. Go somewhere else and get your work done. Just found out they installed my front brakes on backwards and did not set them correctly costing me another 180 to get my front brakes redone the would advise you to stay AWAY from this place go to Just Brakes or Firestone or Goodyear down the street I would never give them my business again they probaly did the work wrong for me to come back and rip me off again.

Slooow service. Despite having an appointment, it took nearly 1.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. Apparently they do not have filters on-site, and have to wait for them to be delivered (which they dont feel the need to tell you in advance). Additionally, after the tech tried to sell me another service (all shops do, no surprise here) which I declined, the manager got aggressive trying to convince me to buy it. He offered it at a lower price, apparently whatever they try to charge you is negotiable, so feel free to demand lower prices. I will not return. If I need an oil change, Ill go to Jiffy Lube or Valvoline where it takes 15 minutes. Anything more, Ill go to the dealership, the prices are the same without the headaches.

I have been going here for years, mainly because it was conveniently located, however, since the new management has taken over, it feels just like a mom and pop family atmosphere, which is absolutely the best feeling. I feel they are treating me as a person, they are genuinely concerned and that they are being honest with me. Also, the shop is spotless. Its very clean and the energy in the air is very positive. The new owner has turned this place around and I am very grateful of it. Thank you for your help and for your awesome customer service!!

Tuffys is an amazing place to get great care for your car. As soon as I stepped in I felt welcome, and they were all willing to help me with whatever I needed. They explained things I was unsure of, and made sure I knew everything that was going on. Made me feel like Ive known them forever. This is my 3rd time at Tuffy the staff is very courtesy helpful and understanding of your time if you ask them a question on what you notice is going on with your car they can answer it. I am glad that they are a AAA Approved Repair shop. There prices are up front and reasonable compare to must shop. If you are a AAA member take advantage of the discount and warranty that you get just for being a AAA member. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

I used to go to a garage down the street but they would push unnecessary sales on me. I tried this garage awhile back and have been coming ever since. Theyre honest, not pushy and will do a little extra for you just because thats how they are. I feel comfortable coming in and know I wont be taken advantage of. Great place!

Tuffy was the only place that would be willing to assist me all of the other car shops in Seminole county just want to take your money and arent as helpful as Tuffy was. If there was a 6th star I would definitely pick that. Will was the guys name that helped me he was amazing and efficient!!

The work they do is excellent. I just get tired of the upselling of services. I guess very few people know that you dont have to flush power steering systems and trying to be sold wiper blades eve every time they change the oil.

Manager has poor attitude and is very short with customers. Observed him giving a quote over the phone. Customer obviously felt the quote was to high, so the manage told him to find another mechanic and slammed the phone down.
