Decidí ir a este lugar por los buenos "reviews"" y cupones de descuento disponibles en la internet. Honestamente el lugar superó mis expectativas. Excelente servicio, excelente personal. No es el típico lugar donde te dicen dame las llaves, te puedes sentar aquí y ya mismo terminamos. Primero que nada tienen empleados que hablan español y que son muy amables. En mi caso, me atendió Tiffany, ella super nice y atenta, me explicó muy bien todo, me aclaró todas mis dudas. Me dieron un informe detallado de las próximas reparaciones que debía hacerle a mi auto y el orden de prioridad de cada una. Tienen descuentos disponibles, verifica cupones y ofertas en internet para que las puedas aprovechar. Tanto el dueño como los mecánicos muy amables y profesionales. Definitivamente regreso. Adicional a todo esto, las facilidades son limpias y tienen disponible para sus clientes, café, refrescos, snacks, sin costo alguno. Es decir, completemente gratis. Ahh.. y si vives cerca del negocio y no quieres quedarte allí, ellos te llevan a tu casa y te buscan cuando el auto esté listo. Dime ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

Got a coupon in the mail for Honest-1 so I wanted to check them out because I needed an oil change. When I got there, the atmosphere was great and the staff were wonderful. I also asked them to check my front brakes because I felt something wasnt right. Woody took me out to the garage area and showed me how bad the brakes were and showed me the back brake cylinders were also bad. Im so glad I came in when I did. They fixed it within a few hours and I was comfortable in the waiting room with free drinks and snacks if I wanted. They had WiFi to use and TV if you wanted to watch it. Best experience Ive had in a long time and I would trust my car with them anytime I need work done. I will be going back.

Just had the best experience Ive ever had at a auto care center so it deserves a great comment. I found it randomly by google maps and went because it was close by where I was at the time. I was pleasantly surprised. This place has exceptional, efficient service and the nicest staff. Bonus: It is also very clean, has WiFi, a tablet to use if you need, TV, clean child play section, free coffee/drinks & snacks while youre waiting, nice changing table in bathroom (for those with little ones), & even nice/modern decor. I was able to get some work done while waiting (not long) in comfort. Will definitely go back and recommend this place.

My first time here I set an appointment for the next morning and when I arrived they walked out to greet me in the parking lot.. that was pretty impressive. Everyone was very friendly and the entire staff was amazing. Clean atmosphere and even a play area for the little ones with free snacks while I wait which was notable as I had my pregnant girlfriend with me :) long story short Amazing service, incredible customer service and the gummie worm snacks waiting for me inside my car when the work was complete had to be the icing on the cake. Great job guys.. you have a new customer for life

Took my truck to these guys with 2 possible issues without an appointment. Woody took care of me. he understood that i needed to get back to work and also i needed my ruck for my work. When he called me back with diagnoses he helped me get the financing i needed for the repair. then on top of that they even had the repair done within a couple of hours, i have had oil changes from other companies that took longer. All in all i think i just found my families new mechanics.

The service was great. This place is clean and even smells good. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have free wifi, a play area for children, a big screen t.v. and free refreshments. Its the best (wait) I have ever had for my car. And the best thing about it is that I felt like I was NOT taken advantage of as a woman. I highly recommend this place and I will be getting my car serviced there again.

DisHonest-1 Auto,, charged me $430.00 for a AC check after they fixed 2X at $1000 plus then forgot my number. Said they have a guy that has an Audi so nows how to fix... BS.... Dont trust these guys... After the $430.00 they caused problems with the wiring and finally cost $1400.00 at Audi. I liked all the guys seemed very knowledgeable but Woody sure gave me the woody with no lube.."Caveat emptor"

Shop manager, Woody, places high importance on customer satisfaction. The actions and attention to detail by the staff shows it! As a mom I appreciate that they have exceptionally clean facilities, including a childrens activity area and a changing table in the restroom. The staff are all very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. They usually have good coupons on their website as well.

I went a couple days ago and my experience was amazing. I felt like a superstar as people greeted me and took care of my car. The accommodations and refreshments were great! The mechanic was detailed and did his job very well. They even went out of their way to let me know of some inconveniences. In all, I was very pleased with their service and I will definitely go back.

Honest-1 was recommended to me by AAA. Woody was very personable and made me feel at ease about repairing my vehicle. This shop stands true by their name as they are honest and transparent with their pricing and services. I usually go to Good Year but have felt in the past they have attempted to take advantage but here it is the opposite. I will definitely be returning.

Woody and Leighton from the beginning have always been clear and honest with me. I truly trust them in their profession. They make me and my wife feel comfortable. Their location is very convenient and well kept but simple at the same time. Their prices are reasonable. They are the only ones I trust on my vehicle for fixes and for regular maintenance.

I am the Gen. Mngr. next door to Honest 1. We have our own full time mechanic, but due to a large influx of work, we have subleted multiple cars over to our neighbors. They are a great group of people, truly honest and very efficient. Its nice to have them next door when we are in a pinch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs mechanical services

Came in for an oil change and service was great! Very clean inside, comfortable chairs and free drinks/snacks while you wait. Price is average for an oil change, and its a buy 4 get 1, why not?! Only drawback...tire rotation isnt included wth the oil changes, thats a separate charge. Il be back though and recommend others to do the same!

I brought my Ford Taurus to be serviced. I was impressed with the mechanic since he showed me what needed to be fixed . He was honest and courteous. Since it was going to take several hours to fix my car,the owner drove me to a restaurant and picked me up when my car was ready. Its open on Saturday which is very convenient for me.
