Dropped of my car at 1pm, asked for tire repairs and an oil change. They called me at 4:30pm telling me I needed $900 worth of additional repairs. Told them it that case do not to touch the car, person on the phone got offensive and yelled at me. Great way to not talk to a customer. They did what they where supposed to do, but managed somehow to do the oil change wrong. They added a quart++ more oil over maximum level, so now I have to get rid of the excess oil. Do not bring your car to this place. If they dont care enough to actually check how much oil they are putting into engines, then what else are they not doing right? So what was to be fixed for $900? A non-existent oil leak and new brake pads. I suspect they try to scam people for as much money as possible on their first visit, as they probably know people will never come back. Total waste of time and money, extremely rude guy at the front desk. Try to scam you when they suspect you don`t know anything about cars. Please look elsewhere, there is a non-chain mechanic place right down the street. Has to be a better choice then this giant scam. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I went there because of the opening hours, that was a big mistake. Please go anywhere else, save your wallet and your car! Or if you like being insulted, like terrible service and hate having money then this is the place for you!

I used to think this place was great, but not anymore. I had been building towards a free oil change on my diesel truck. Paying over $100 per oil change. When I finally filled up my card all with diesel oil changes, they refused to give me a free oil change because it doesnt apply to diesels the guy working there said. They could only give me $20 off. I think if I paid for 7 or however many oil changes at a certain price I should have received a free oil change that was the same price according to their card. I dont think it even said anywhere on their free oil change card that diesels didnt apply. So that was the last time I went there. And when I checked under my hood when I got home there was an orange cone that they had smashed into my engine. It was an orange cone that said Oil Out or OK or something that the closed the hood on and it was smashed into my brake fluid reservoir. It was bent down some. Didnt seem like anything was broken but what the hell. I still have their cone.

Sent my teenage son in to get an oil change. He called back to report that Midas was recommending an additional $1500 in work. They said we needed front struts, back shocks, and new tires. I declined and took the car to our trusted mechanic, who reported that the front struts were fine, the back shocks looked great, and the tires had another 10-15,000 miles on them. So...they did a great job on the oil change, but if other work is recommended you might want to get a second opinion.

I was very pleased with the services provided to me. The Manager, Matt Mace, and on-duty mechanics were very knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, they went out of their way to help me find a way to pay for the work done on my truck and gave me a ride to my house and picked me back up so that I wouldnt have to wait in the shop all day. I have used this Midas shop twice now and will continue to be a repeat customer. Keep up the great work!

Matt was super helpful! My car was making an odd sound and Matt helped me out, since Im on a budget, and tried to figure out what it was to give me a quote. Unfortunately, we werent able to hear it, but he didnt charge me anything. He also answered my questions honestly about getting a transmission flush and wasnt just trying to make money off me.

They did a good job at a fair price, got us in and out in a timely manner, Dan ferried us to and from a local restaurant for breakfast while Eddie kept work going so we could get back on the road. Thanks to Midas in streetsboro we got all our sightsseeing in and our brakes replaced in one day with no appointment.

They tell you what is most important that needs to be done to your vehicle. Instead of everything that should be done. They can take you home when they start working on your car, then pick you back up when they are done, and its free too. Ive always had great service from them, and will continue on the future.

The guys here really know what theyre doing when it comes to cars!!! They were so attentive to my concerns and suggested what really needed to be fixed. The waiting area was clean as well as the bathroom. I would recommend anyone who needs their car worked on to come here.
