I took my car here last year for a regular check up. I was told that the transmission needed services. my transmission was working just perfect but since they told me so and they are the experts I went with it. To make a long story short they messed up my transmission so bad that I went back to complain that my first gear was not working properly. they just referred me to another auto-shop that work with them, I took it there and they could not figure out what was wrong with it either. I was only told that probably the wrong transmission fluid was put in there, but there was no way to proof this for sure. bottom line is, a year later Im still having problem with my transmission and Ive been spending money ever since and its never been the same. thank you Firestone for an excellent services.

The location is convenient, however the service is awful. They always try to get you on something that you dont need. For me it was a $300 battery with install price last March. Ive been back there and to other firestones, none of which recommended a battery, and battery is still running strong. Most recently I went in to get an oil change before a trip. They ended up recommending a new tire which I purchased. When I came back in for a second time to pay for this, I made a little joke about helping to keep them in business to which the employee in a non-joking manner said, "Honey, we dont need your business. Weve got plenty of customers without you." Not only do they give bad service they dont even want you as a customer. I suggest finding some place that isnt just out to take your money.

My son was travelling south on I-95 and experienced car trouble. It was Sunday evening, so no place was open, and that meant that he had to spend the night in a hotel. Early the next morning, I contacted Ron at Firestone, explained what happened, and he said that the sooner we got it to him, the better. My son got it there right away. The serpentine belt was messed up due to a worn out bearing in the fan pulley. It took several hours to get the part, but they had already prepped the car for it, and when the part got there, they on it like a NASCAR pit crew. In short order, the car was ready, and my son was on his way. This absolutely couldnt have been handled any better, and I recommend this business without hesitation.

Firestone in Port Orange @ the Pavalion mall: This brand new location for Firestone is one of the very best.This location is managed by Ron whom is a really great guy.Then Tim is also a stand up guy at helping me keep my 2011 Sonata on the road.This new location has state of the art equipment.They have great technicians working on cars.I have the lifetime alignment for my car.They use a new Hunter alignment machine where laser precision keeps my SONATA riding a straight line.Ive always been treated fairly & with care.Their base oil is Kendall Syn- Blend & is a very good protective oil.This is the best Firestone ive ever been too.I highly recommend bringing your car in today.

I went in yesterday and it took a good 10 minutes before anyone even helped or looked at me. All I got was an oil change and it took at least 35-40 minutes even though they took my car immediately after I finished signing paperwork. And when a guy was driving my car to another parking spot he almost destroyed my engine by stepping on the gas too hard or too quickly. not the best place to go. just go over to the place by 7/11, much quicker, much nicer and quicker service and probably wont break your car.

Very friendly staff. I will say, just be careful with what they suggest that you do to car. I went in for some tires and the guy told me that I needed new brakes. I just did them about a year ago, and when they looked at them, they were still in really good shape. It would probably be best to ask to see the thing they say has failed/ is broken, or get a second opinion before having work done.

I always have a great experience at the Port Orange Firestone -- and the convenient location in the Port Orange Pavilion makes this my go-to shop. This Firestone has a very friendly staff who explain every service and charge, and they always have a quick turn-around on oil changes and other services.

Paid a visit to change the tires of our SUV. Mr. Todd not only did his job, but paid close attention to detail and saved the factory painted tire pressure caps as well. Thank you, Ive purchased a few sets before because other places simply throw them away.

Excellent care. Honest work and good prices. I had a screw in a tire and the patched the inside of the tire. This extra step is crucial for safety. Charged me 22.00. Good work and price.
