I was in the process of selling my beloved Mini Cooper S convertible that I had owned for 10 years. While in the process, I had found that the AC was not cooling and I did not want to sell a defective car to the new owner (it was being purchased by a mom for her daughter). Being out of warranty, I did not want to pay high dealer labor cost to fix the AC and any other problem it may have that I was unaware of. It was garage kept and had not been driven but about 1000 miles year for the past 5 years. Not good to let one set and not drive it!......I got an appointment at Empire and they ran a complete check on the vehicle and the AC was bad along with a couple more items. One other item was the tach & speedometer cluster had problems with the needles not operating. My buyer of the vehicle was in a hurry for the vehicle as her daughter needed it for school. When all said & done Empire with Chris keeping tabs on the whole process got the vehicle up and running in time for the buyer to pick it up in time for her daughter to drive it to school, with cold AC and all operations a go! Did a great job! Pleased with the results and so was the new buyer!

I own a 2005 Mercedes S-430 and started having shifting problems. I called Empire, recommended form Grants Auto, explained my symptoms to Chris and he advised what was most likely causing the problem. Chris was able to get my car looked at that day and start repairs the same day. Although with transmissions there may also be other issues, and my valve body was bad as well and needed to be replaced. Chris called to explain the problem and what they could do to fix it. Soon after they received the part from Mercedes and programmed the transmission I was back on the road!!! Staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Total turn around time 2 days!!! I highly recommend Empire and their staff to anyone who owns an imported vehicle!!!!

Dont bring your Honda, this here is German territory. Came here on a recommendation from a friend one afternoon. Had to come back the next morning to actually get my car looked at. After waiting a few hours the tech basically Googled where to start. Same thing I did. Then he told a co-worker he "didnt know what the problem was" and to start with the coils and plugs and then said "This is why we dont work on Hondas." I was charged for him to look at my engine and then Google something on the computer. I asked for my car to be pulled out of the shop and I went somewhere else. If youre not from around these here parts or dont own a German car be warned.

Excellent customer service. They were thorough, professional and very friendly. With the courtesy inspection, it was told to me exactly what was recommended to be replaced wear & tear wise. Brakes etc ....They also correctly diagnosed what was wrong with my 325i . It wasnt running when I had it towed there. They have the tools, resources, staff and experience right here to have your vehicle repaired the right way. They specialize in Euro cars & use Bosch however with all the knowledge in imported vehicles they have they can definitely work on many other kinds too. Dont worry go with them you wont regret it !

Take your car some where else. The mechanic should have a magic 8 ball telling them what to change because it would probably work better. I spent over to $1000 for them to return my car in worse shape than I brought it to them. I hope by posting this it will save everybody the trouble and hassel I went through. This place takes advantage of anyone they can.

Went in to have my breaks checked and have my windshield water line repaired they looked at everything and fixed my waterline fair pricing and super fast work i was referred to them by dawsons in lake wales because i have a fiat i would deffenetly recommend them

Bad, bad, bad!! Dont do it obviously judging by my experience, they dont supervise their mechanics or care if your car is trashed in the process of "fixing" what you bring it in for! Every repair leaves you with else broken, not ccol.
