I have to admit , I read all the Google reviews, and yes I was concerned and cautious. I needed tires and brakes desperately on my SUV, which is always an $arm, $leg and $kidney to replace. Tire plus advertised the best price by far and stated they would honor anyone else with lower price on the same tire. I have been in retail my entire life and know there is always two sides to every poor consumer interaction. So my approach was honest from the start. I spoke directly with the store manager, his name is Steve, I explained what I needed, what I had read and would leave it up to him, his team,the power of reviews and paying it forward good or bad. Steve was GREAT, he was clear on all questions, we had down to earth,no frills, no needing of "extra work" or "we found this" professional conversations. I purchased brakes and tires and the team was AWESOME, I was treated with respect and courtesy the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this location. GREAT experience from Steve and his team at Tires Plus in Saint Cloud! The team here does the work right and does business right, Thank you Steve and team!!

I have to say that I am truly disappointed in the recent services or lack there of that I received by this store. I have always gone to Tires Plus in Volusia county and have always had exceptional service, both mechanically as well as personally. Pablo at the St. Cloud store should not be working there or anywhere else that he has contact with the public. He but all called me a liar when I was told my family members vehicle would be available for pickup after hours and accessible to us, but after driving 1. 5 hrs from Volusia county to pick it up, it was locked inside the building. Why would I drive all the way there and not be able to get my vehicle if I wasnt told it was ready. Then drive all the way back home again without my vehicle. I was not even offered any sort of apology, just rudeness and disrespect. Generally there is some sort of compensation for a customers inconvenience. Even the manager didnt care. I will never recommend this store to anyone. I will continue to go to the Volusia county stores where they respect people and treat them decent.

Heres my story: I went to Tire Plus for a simple "tire balance" but apparently according to the manager and hes "years of experience" I had to buy new tires in order for them to even fix the one that needs a balance. I went there asking for a specific service on a specific tire, nothing more. I dont understand how hard is to just get my order, do the simple job, get my payment and off I go. But noooo no no Sir "We cant just fix your ONE unbalanced tire your other 3 tires arent good" thats basically what the manager told me very rudely and quickly boiling. Let me put it like this: Is like you go to the barber shop asking for a cut to make you look good but the barber quickly deny service because first you need a nose job, cheeks implants and Botox. Avoid at all cost this place is definitely operating on a upsell type of business they just want to find everything thats wrong and sell you their stuff. So I still left with my "bad tires" they didnt gained me as a future customer and didnt make money on a simple and quick service. Bad Business 101....

This place is a scam, I used to look at lawyers as the most dishonest people on earth until I took my car to this tire plus. My family and I been going here for years and now I will give my review. First off when you take your vehicle they will overcharge the parts, all the parts even if your car is perfectly fine and your only coming in for oil change. They will create a problem. While your waiting for 4 to 8 hours these people are looking which parts they can break off your car to gain more money for their pockets. Former mechanic Mike was a employee of this Tires plus and once said he and his coworkers duties was not to provide the service the customer need at a decent price but to find the vehicle weak points and tamper with it until it fail on the road. Again this place is a scam their willing to put peoples lives in danger for profit. If you value your life and your hard earned money do not, I repeat do not go here, youll wait a day for dishonest workers to tear apart your vehicle for profit.

Was once a good place to get the cars repaired, but in recent months the quality of repairs has deteriorated. Still a good place for tires ,but dont go here for alignments. Two done here and both had to be redone in the Kissimmee shop. Manager gets an attitude when you tell him they screwed up and sides with his workers, even after you show him proof. Very defensive person who doesnt fit into management. speaking of incompetence they couldnt loosen the drivers rear adjustment nuts so they just left the rear adjustments as they were, but charged me for the alignment anyhow. They also rounded off the adjustment nut on the tie rod in front left .Thats being really dishonest. District manager spoke to me and refunded the cost of alignment. Tie rod nut also being fixed , in Kissimmee! Not st cloud. We took photos of the nut. None of the employees in Kissimmee had anything good to say about the st cloud store or its manager.

I recently visited Tires Plus in St. Cloud after having a bad experience at Tire Kingdom in Orlando near my job. The best way I figured to test them out was with a simple service (Oil Change). I was helped by the counter guy Manny who was friendly and helpful. He mentioned there were cars ahead of me but he would do his best to get it done quick. That he did! 15 minutes there and I saw him pull in the car himself! He kept me posted along the way, and got me out of there rather quickly for a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. They also went over some maintenance stuff my car is way overdue for and gave me a free estimate. Being a young girl and going to a repair shop on my own is sometimes a nightmare, but the feeling I got at this shop was less salesman to car owner but more like next door neighbor or friend. No gimmicks or fancy technical terms. Definitely earned my business. Highly recommended.

***Avoid this Tires Plus location*** I went it for a simple brake job with a coupon and they quoted me an all-inclusive price which included the brake inspection, brake pads, pad installation and rotor re-surfacing. I had my wife pick up the car at the end of the day and sure enough, they added additional labor costs for an inspection which the coupon clearly stated was included. I immediately called them the same day to dispute and some guy named Chester gave me the worlds worst excuse that made no sense and when I asked him to explain exactly how they got to the total he admitted that he didnt know how to apply the coupon. He said I would have to call his boss Steve tomorrow because apparently only Steve can figure out how to charge me what they initially told me they would charge. This is dishonest and bad business and I will NEVER go to Tires Plus again because of it.
