Ive been going to this Tuffy for over 6 years. The honesty and ethics upheld by Karl and his staff are what have made me a "customer for life" and continue my recommendations to family and friends in need of service. Ive always felt like I was being given a good price, typically beating competition, and have never felt taken advantage of. If anything, quite the opposite... Years back, I had an old car that was to the point of costing more to fix than it was worth. I was given all the options, but was shocked when they didnt try to pressure me into the costly repairs. Instead, Karl and his technicians aired on the side of calling it quits and looking for another car. It was nothing I had ever experienced at a shop before. They could have made a big sale but their concern for doing what was better for my family and my wallet took precedence. When it comes to auto repair, these kinds of values are something found very few and far between. When you come across a place like this, you just dont go anywhere else, and you make sure everyone knows it.

My family and I have been part of the Saint Cloud, Florida Tuffy family for more years than I know; ever since their doors opened. Regardless if we needed an oil change, tires or have had some unknown weird thing going on with our vehicles, we go to Tuffy and they have always found the root of the problems and got us back on the road in very short order. Dont bother wasting your time with those other outfit in Saint Cloud that just try and get you to buy something other than what you went to them for or what you really need, go to Tuffy and know that youre in the hands of a highly professional and trustworthy crew!

We had an emergency, the cable from the steering column to the transmission broke and our car was stuck in Drive, we had it towed to Tuffy on Monday morning at 10:30 and by 11:00 Carl was calling us to tell us the problem and how inexpensive it was to fix. HUGE sigh of relief, as we were expecting it to be much worse. By 3:30 he had finished the repair and we were back on the road again!! Fantastic experience, great service, honest guys!! I wouldnt go anywhere else. They could have ripped us off and didnt that in itself made us lifetime customers.

I came in with a nail in my tire. I was checked in and given an estimate. They raised my truck and pulled the nail. The nail had not punctured the tire and they removed the $20 charge from my invoice. I got my oil changed, tires rotated and left with a written recommended service schedule for my vehicle. I will come back Tuffy for all my service needs. The disclosure about the nail really impressed me!!

Carl is an outstanding guy. He has saved my wife and I thousands of dollars by informing us of important recalls and redirecting us back to the dealer to get certain things fixed for free. He could of easily charged us and we would of never known. I just recently had a lot of work done on my car and it feels/drives 100% better. I never have to worry about the quality of service or work at this service center.

Well I just went to tuffys with a problem, the man dont recall his name, put the computer on the car and ran a test and find out my car is ok , even though the idiot came on. So the are very honest and trust worthy, my very first dealing with them, but if I need any kind of work done this is where I will go. Id give them a Zero Star if I could. No Lie. They messed up simple oil changes, transmission oil changes, break pads, and missed (or purposely didnt tell me) other serious issues that the dealer found - and actually showed me. AND they way over priced me compared to the dealer. Will NEVER use them again. I have learned my lesson and will stick with the dealer from now on. I feel so scammed.

I am going to give Tuffys 5 stars. They treated me like family and let me know of issues that actually existed on my car, not just the fluff that the chains like pep boys will tell you to reach further in your pocket. I will always return here to receive maintenance servicing on my car. It is the little things that matter, I feel like they truly care about their customers.

Im new to the area, and was looking for someone good who could service my car. My AC was blowing hot, and I was sure it wasnt a leak, so I was sure it was going to be four figures for my Lexus. They evacuated the system, pressure checked, and got the cold air flowing again. Cost was very low and the service level very high. Thank You Karol.

Only one person working. He had no time to explain anything to me, or go over the courtesy safety inspection. Im looking at it now, and cant even see what he marked. I did get an oil change and tire rotation, so that was good. And I had a coupon. But I dont know if I would go back again.

Very professional and extremely quick service. They didnt have the tires I needed in stock and they had them the very next morning and they were installed and I was done before lunch. I will definitely go back there for other repairs needed to my car.
