So i began this blog with a 1 star rating came here yesterday for an ailment on my truck and it seems like it was not done correctly took it back the same day and they put it up on there computer and it shows good took it for a ride and still had problems seem that the mechanic was not testing his work so i came back today to have the problem fix 2 hours later still the same problem until i requested another mechanic they give me JESUS - jesus and i took the truck for a test drive something the other mechanic didnt do and he then began analyzing the problem checks the air on tiers and notice they were over filled took the tiers off and placed them on the balance and notice the tiers were bad he went to the truck and notice my wheel bearing were a bit to tight and he managed to do all this in just 20 minutes WOW only if the previous mechanic had done this i would have not spend total of 7 hours getting this done Jesus is why companys like this have great reputation he went on and be on whats was needed to get the problem fix and hes the reason why i went from a 1 star to now 4 only because of my 7 hour

I have called a few Tire Kingdoms and asked about a vehicle inspection for Uber Drivers. I was told by Uber and a few other locations that the inspection would cost $19.99. All of the other Tire Kingdoms are far so I decided to give this location a call as its five minutes from my home. The gentleman on the line told me that "Oh it would take 45 minutes and will cost $50 plus tax because I will be charged for labor." First off I am a woman but a very intelligent one; the inspection will take only about 10-15 minutes when pulled up in the computer, already has a set price. I do not appreciate the employee at this location trying to get extra money from me and being dishonest about pricing and services. Now I have to drive all the way to next available Tire Kingdom which is 30 minutes away because of the tom-foolery and deceit of the workers at this branch. Management needs to evaluate employees and hire more honest people because this is ridiculous. DO NOT EVEN waste your time to call or visit this place. They will completely try and rip you off!

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would. They did an oil change for over $100 then charged me an additional $35 for a service that was never done. I had to drive an hour back there to get my money back. Please do not go there. If you do, be sure to check your receipt. At the time of the oil change, I asked them to look at my windshield washer fluid pump. They had my car for over 8 hours. They called me and told me that the service was completed. I was informed that I had a new windshield washer pump placed in my vehicle and my oil change was completed. They also told me theyre going to check my fluids in my car. That was never done.. my windshield washer fluid pump was never changed and my fluids were never checked. My coolant light came on soon after I left. If my fluids were checked, why is this so? They couldve burned my car up. A BMW at that. By all means, this place is crooked.

It use to be a good place Management must have change or something spend almost 25 minutes in line it was only one person in front of me. The clerk took forever to handle the guy infront of me . I hate to say this but the service at the front need alot of attention. One person especially the guy in the front really needs help it really discouraged me. I have been taking my truck here for a oilchange for awhile I could definitely see this place going down hill, serious management attention is needed. All the wait I did just to have the guy tell he is all booked up. What a waste of time I will definitely take my business else where were it is appreciated. The guy in front of Mexican heritage has no type of service ethics should not be working the front at all.

Completely clueless, went to get directional signal repaired had to make appointment. Two days later went in they didnt know about the appointment and said their tech wasnt in yet. Explained to customer service rep. that 4 way flasher was not working and that systems were connected. Finally got in only to be told that turn signal stalk needed to be replaced and it would take 2 days to get part but did not guarantee that that was the problem. Asked if they had checked the flashers he said no. The quote was over $300.00 so I refused service but had to pay $50.00 plus. Went home took dash out and just as I said 4 way flasher not connected. Plugged it in and walla it worked. In my opinion customers shouldnt have to pay for incompetence.

Called at opening for an appointment for an oil change. Was told that there was no need, they were slow today and I would be brought in quickly. Brought two cars in for an oil change, was put into the queue. Was not given a time estimate. TWO HOURS LATER I see my car being pulled in from the restaurant across the parking lot. I ask what the time estimate is after I finish eating, was told 20 min. A full 40 min later my car was returned to me, only after I had spoken to the manager. Three hours for an oil change. Suffice to say, I will not return. My second car is still getting serviced, and I assume it will be four hours before it is done. GIVE ESTIMATES IF YOU KNOW ITS GOING TO BE A LONG WAIT.

To start with I know Saturday is a busy day for them and I get we were a walk in but to wait 5 hours to get one tire changed and then when there going to put the new tire on to then notice the rim has a hole in it and they cant put the tire on to then change the tire back to the old tire . In total it really took 6 and half hours to change the tire. When we walk in at 10:45 in the monring and there were only two customers ahead of us also ther for one tire each to be changed on there cars . I dont think it should have taken that long. I could be wrong , so am just letting you know what my experience was like. Maybe just an off day but I wont be back.

Im here on vacation and needed to have my spare replaced. The price was less than expected for a light truck tire (house brand). I forgot to ask for a metal valve stem and was relieved and grateful thats what they gave me. If youre local your best bet is to make an appointment, but since I had the wheel off the vehicle and just rolled it in without needing installation they were able to work me in quickly. I spoke with one man on the phone one evening then a different man in the store the next morning and both were very kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciate their help in getting my family back on the road.
