I really wish I could give them a higher rating but because I am so dissatisfied with a particular employee I have to give it one star. Almost every time I go, I unfortunately get the same rude lady. I finally saw her name tag, her name is Gabriella. She is a Spanish lady with straight black hair. She is very unprofessional, unpleasant and just altogether rude. She actually made me so upset that I started to cry! a trip to the post office should never be like that! Every time I go there, she always has a nasty attitude. Not friendly in any way. There is a really nice older lady who works there, I dont know her name. Other individuals working there are not the problem. But unfortunately, Gabriella is always working up front. Just about every day. And she ruins the experience. Honestly, this post office would greatly improve if they let her go. But if she could get herself together and give better service then that would be great also. Or perhaps, put her in the back, since she has absolutely no people skills. My husband and my brother also agree. Im about 99% sure that most of the complaints on here are about her. Thank God, I wont need to go to the post office again in a long time. But I wanted to give the warning to anyone reading this, seriously, if you have to let someone go before you in line, so you get a different cashier, its worth it. She really needs to be reprimanded for her poor service and attitude.

Worst shipping company ever and their delivery employees are stupid and stubborn at the same time. I lost count of how many times they deliver my packages to the wrong address and no matter how many times I tell them that it doesnt matter because the delivery employee doesnt read the complete address and just believe that it is correct. For example if the address is 200 W university Blvd. the package may go to 200 E university Blvd depending on your luck and the delivery guy mood of course. The bigger problem here is that when you call the supervisor to talk to him about finding a solution to this repeated issue, he would tell you that nothing we can do and this is a human error and what kind of an answer is this!! This branch is going to be even worse until they put the right person in the right place

Melbourne USPS is very unreliable!! In the last 7 days we have filed 2 complaints: 1) we confirmed our mail would be held FRI/SAT/MON when we came home the driver had delivered ALL of the mail; and, 2) we were expecting a package via USPS on 03/25/15-- I waited at home the entire day, when nothing showed up I checked the tracking number the driver marked that he "attempted delivery and left a notice" -- there was no notice. In fact, I am currently waiting to file for an investigation into the driver, as since our complaint on Monday to the Melbourne Post Office Supervisor we havent received ANY mail; not even junk mail.

I am so unhappy at this point. I am on the phone with corporate and the United States Attorney Generals office because Joe the Supervisor at this facility has refused to release a package. I explained the situation and the attitude and professionalize was poor. He stated Nick was the manager Nick was in route to another location. It is sad how you are treated when you use USPS the post. I have had an issue in the past and the corporate office sent a letter of apology for the ill-treatment received.

The only reason why they getting a 3 star is because the guy that dilvers my mail is awesome . My mail had the wrong city on it but because he knew my address it was still dilvered . The lady got the ADDRESS i had wrtitten on my package wrong with confedential infomation in it and my mail divered to the wrong address oh and the black guy thats supposedly the manager was suppose to look for my package and call me NEVER GOT ANY CALL OR MY MAIL EITHER !!

Its the 21st century and these idiots dont even have call waiting or operators to assist their customers. No wonder why they are being phased out. #getyourshittogether I had a package being delivered to the wrong address and after several, if not hundreds of attempts to speak with someone, the women assured me that the package would be delivered to the correct address. It was not and now I cant do anything about it. Worst experience imaginable.

Dont even get me started on the mail forwarding PROBLEMS with USPS. I have had three different post offices in three different states tell me that their mail forwarding process is a nightmare. YEah thanks, and how do you think your customers feel about it? Oh yes, USPS doesnt care about their customers. Its so ridiculous I cant relive the nightmare I went through for 5 months.

Ive literally never reviewed a place before but I was so disgusted with my experience I found it necessary to do. They lost my package with signature confirmation. When you call they take your number and never call you back. If you plan on shipping anything, do yourself a favor and use UPS. Trust me they are a nightmare to deal with. Specifically Anthony and Tracy.

Have had an awful time getting them to forward my mail. Yesterday they stopped forwarding my mail again despite the fact I am not due home for 2 months. They do not answer their phone. It is demoraluzing and scarey to have to depend on them. If I could, they would get no stars.

To me, they dont really wanted to help me. The manager asked me to tell him which form to fill on an international EMS claim. I have to call the USPS international service MYSELF and then put them on the loudspeaker for the manager to solve my issue...

If you can, try to get Mrs. Hawkins. She always takes great care of my wife and I. Super nice. The parking is a little annoying, but service goes pretty quickly in general.
