This PO is the worst. We were waiting on a certified letter to come in, we werent home so we received the note to request redilivery or to pick it up. We had to reqredelivery TWICE because our mail carrier is illiterate and cant read the date we requested, so he leaves a chicken scratch note stating we have to be home to receive mail. IT WASNT EVEN THE DATE REQUESTED. I sent an email to supervisor, he called my husband and asked if "someone" would be home to receive letter, my husband stated I would be home. Next day mail carrier attempts to deliver letter, he tells me (the wife) I cannot sign for it because it is restricted. He calls his supervisor to explain, even the supervisor who spoke to my husband the day prior and APPROVED me to sign it told the carrier no. WTF . Whos that guys supervisor? Now were going AGAIN to retrieve letter. Hopefully someone else doesnt have the same experience we did. These people are useless.

This place is like the postal service in the Chevy Chase film "Funny Farm." I always get mail from people several doors down delivered in my box. They delivered my tax refund to a neighbor several doors down from me. And, I just had an important package I paid extra for next day shipping send back as "undeliverable as addressed" when my address was perfectly and correctly printed upon the shipping label from Amazon. No note was left on my door (my security camera video proves that no attempt was made to deliver) and they sent the package back to the sender immediately the same day without giving me an opportunity to call in and make arrangements to pick up. I only found out about the screwup by tracking the package via Amazon. If this place werent government subsidized it would be out of business. Worthless as udders on a bull.

I was expecting a very important letter to be delivered to my home address via Certified Mail. This letter was so important that I took the day off work so I could be here to receive and sign for the letter. I heard the letter carrier vehicle arrive at my mailbox, then drive off. Thinking the letter didnt come, I went to my box and found a "Sorry We Missed You" slip of paper in my box saying that I could pick it up at the Post Office tomorrow. It had just begun to rain, heavily, and I think the letter carrier just didnt bother bringing the letter to my door. She made NO EFFORT to deliver this very important letter to me! So much for "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

When i came into the office today to mail a envelope to the department of agriculture which was already addressed from them just in the upper left area where typically a reutn address goes however it was large and clearly visible. The first guy told me i had to rewrite it in the middle then get back in line. I was like "ok i dont understand why" but ill do it to appease him. So i did, got back up to the counter and had a different employee assist me and she asked if i had anything to seal the envelope where it has the glue some people lick or wet to seal it and i said no because i dont like licking them so she then said next time you need to be ready when you come up here. Which to me was rude as hell. Never again will i come here. Ever

This post office is a joke. The carriers are the most worthless in the USA. I have had mail sent to me from my family only to have them get it back saying that I had moved and left no forwarding address. I have not moved in over 10 years!!!!! Also I constantly get mail delivered to my house that is addressed to a completely different address. Here lately I have not gotten my bills and even went as far as having my electricity shut off for non payment when the incompetent postal carrier never delivered my mail. It the rating system had negative stars, I would rate them a -5!!!!!!

The worst Ive experienced. All post offices suck in my opinion. They have lost countless packages. They say thier delievered yet they are sitting at the post office. A few weeks ago the mailman put the packages in our boxes and left the key in the lock, we live in apartments, so anyone could get it obviously! Now they left my package by my door, which is a nono for apartments and someone stole it! Im so tired of this bs. I wish usps would shut down! Id either spend a little extra money for fedex or ups.

I totally agree with the other review. This PO is a prime example as to why the USPS should just fade away. The people do not care and there is a poster on the front window advertising the apc automated postal center in the lobby but there isnt one!!! That poster has been there for over a year!! I paid my po box fee 2 weeks early online and went to check my mail this morning and they changed the lock. I work overnights so now I have to go back when their hohum non caring employees decide to come in.

This post office is the WORST! the delivery driver is lazy whenever there is a large package to be delivered instead of taking it to the appropriate place he/she leaves a note saying the location was unsecured and takes your package away. The supervisors there are unhelpful and pushy, and when you do try to have a package redelivered they dont deliver it on the day specified or they just lose it, one way or the other you dont get your package.

This location is where are the *special* postal workers are sent. If a postal employee is lazy lame or just plain stupid they send it here. Every time I leave this office I am reminded why I dont care if the USPS goes extinct. My mail carrier cant be bothered to fill out forms, or even get out of his truck to leave packages at the door. Sad and pathetic.

This post office is the worst post office ever, they deliver our mail to the wrong people all the time. We missing a lot of our mails but when we ask the managers she say she cant do anything about it. Just leave us hanging and wondering where our mails. People in that post office dont do there job right.

it says they have the machine (that basically every other post office has) that you can use after hours to buy postage but they do not and their hours are not super flexible so I can never pick up or mail packages except for once or twice a month. Considering getting a mailbox at a UPS store instead.

Ive not had a problem with this post office but more importantly my letter carrier Patrice is the best carrier Ive ever had. As a business owner I get a lot of mail, and shes always right on top of it. Professional, helpful, personable, always a smile. Consistently, for years. Thats important.

They deliver our mail and it never gets here on time or our mail is a month late. We had a bill from a couple months ago come this week.
