Absolutely amazing post office with great customer service!! I started driving here to have my packages scanned in so I wouldnt have to deal with the insanity at the waterford lakes location. It is absolutely worth it. One of the postal workers even remembered and reminded me that I have been meaning to bring something in to have it weighed and said "dont forget to bring that package in next time so I can weigh it for you". I do business with the post office on a daily basis, and will continue to use this post office location for as long as I still live in East Orlando.

I drove two and a half hours to mail out our Christmas cards this year and was assured by this post office that the cards would have a special message "Greetings from Christmas, Fl" and they were all sent to a plant and never processed like that. They are all cancelled with an Orlando stamp! Im not happy about this. Very disappointed! And the Postal Service keeps getting raises?

No stamp machine in the lobby hard to get stamps after hours they dont open until 9 makes it very inconvenient and no trash can and the lady was very crabby and rude

When about 15 minutes before closing time didnt wait at all. Post man was very nice. We drove about 45 minutes to mail are Christmas cards.
