I have had many post office boxes in many states and various home addresses. I have never had so many problems as I do now. They have delivered 4 packages packages to the wrong condo number, (please read the numbers by my door or noted inside the mailbox at condo mail box) within eight months. If the package is too large for box they will not deliver package to the door. They leave slip for me to pick up at the post office site. Do you the Public know the post office (government) subsidizes Amazons postage? I have had to track down 3 packages they say was delivered to my box and it is not in the box. Hello it is the mailman scanning the packages. When I call they want a tracking number and then tell me it was delivered. Three pieces of mail was lost (outgoing). I have never had this happen to me before in my lifetime. I had to pay late fees on my bills and one piece of mail they lost was going to another Post Office site prepaid. I also had to track down license plates that were suppose to be delivered and I was stopped by the Sheriffs department. He told me the plates were mailed. I had to track them down. They were sitting in the post office with a note No Such Address. After I called and complained I received them the next day. My condo address has been valid for 38 years. When I call to inquiry I was given the excuse, "well the regular mailperson on my route retired." I have called our Congressman who of course wants all the bureaucratic paperwork. I spoke with our HOA president who says he knows the condo has a lot of problems. I suggested as a group we go to our congressman and demand better service. My tax dollars pay for the post office (the government multi-billion dollar losing bureaucracy) and all I ask is that the post office mail person match up the address on letter/package to the address on my condo mail boxes or door.

Worst customer service ever they complained about how my package was wrapped to my wife and on top of that lost my package ..It never arrived to location and then they tried to double charge me for their mistake!!!!! What a Joke ..It took 20 days to track a package and send it back..what do these people get paid for to treat customers like this and good luck getting a live person on the phone ..Then when you do it takes 3 days just to relay a message for a missing package and another 3 days to call u back and then they get you to go back online and file a missing package report and dont know the address when you told them 3 times on the voicemail...what a huge run around and waste of my time.. Plus I lost business thanks to them .. This package was for a customer..20 days and still not resolved !!!!!!!!

Our postal driver is the WORST. Hes nasty, lazy and has filed complaints against us numerous times for us parking our car in front of our house. The car doesnt block the mailbox but he doesnt like the fact he has to rise off of his seat and get out of the truck to get to the mailbox. We have nowhere else to park the car because of city rules, and again its not anywhere close to blocking the mailbox. Since this car has been parked here, hes ruined our mail, damaged our packages, and continuously gives us nasty looks and shakes his head at us every time he drops off the mail, as if were doing something wrong. If he calls the police again on us, filing a 3rd FALSE report, we will reciprocate that action. Enough is enough! USPS should not allow such nasty drivers. Do something to fix it!

I ordered a package and the company put the wrong shipping address. Luckily, I was able to track the package to the Satellite Beach post office. I called around 9:10, which is probably an extremely busy time at the post office because the employees are probably sorting and getting set up for delivery. Knowing this, I still called and waited a few minutes before I got an answer, as expected. Chris answered the phone and patiently listened to my story and found my package for me. He was very polite and helped clear everything up. He even made sure I knew exactly where the post office was. The address listed on Google is inaccurate, so make sure to use 1071 instead of 1701.

The customer service at this post office is beyond poor- My house delivery carrier is not customer friendly- Yesterday Brad leaves a note in my box that if I do not have the RED FLAG up he will NOT pick up mail. There has NEVER been one day that we have not had mail delivered- SO everyday he opens the box -Today he refused to pick up my out going mail. I called spoke to supervisor Joe and we will see what happens. I can choose which Post office I use for parcels but I cannot choose which post office delivers to my home- Indian Harbour Beach does not have its own postoffice

THEY HAVE A THIEF WORKING AT THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!!!!! I have a PO Box at this post office. I went today and picked up our mail only to find that my wifes birthday card (envelope) had been slit open. Her mother has sent her $100 and it was STOLEN by someone at this post office. Theres no other explanation... It was very obviously slit open by a razor. If it happened at the post office her mother dropped it at, it would have been taped up. Read the other reviews here. At least one other person had the same experience.

We have had so many mishaps with no apologies. They broke our gate in our front yard and Joe went to the back room and asked the carrier, the carrier denied it, and that was good enough for Joe. When I told him I was fixing my gate and your carrier will probably break it again so I will be calling you again if that happens, his reply: We will no longer deliver mail to your house. That was Joes reply. How he keeps his job is a mystery to me. More people need to report this guy.

They changed my Mailman, and I used to get my mail around noon - 1:00 pm. Now I get it very late, to me this is a VERY bad move. Bring Danny back and lets get the mail here at a descent time. How to you get in touch with anyone at the USPS, all I get is a menu that just goes in circles. Or a wait time over 30 minutes. Looks like Obama has destroyed this too…. Or it is just very poor management, not sure which.

Poor management of postal carriers. Writing notes on our mail forcing us to move our mailbox out to the curb, inabilities to close our mailboxes therefore letting our mail fly down the street and or get rained on. No actions. taken. I choose fed ex or ups whenever possible. At least they take the time to put my boxes under my door mat or behind or wall and not just in the middle of my stoop for the world to see.

Always nice, always a smile, always helpful. Far less of a line and wait than other P.O. branches in the Melbourne area. The people that left negative reviews here apparently expect too much. They should go to a branch in Melbourne if they want something to complain about when it comes to long lines and bad attitudes. Come on, give these nice people at the beachside branch a break. They are great.
