I have been ordering things through Amazon for years, typically the delivery is handled by this local USPS, FedEx, or UPS. I have had little to no trouble with FedEx or UPS, however with the USPS, I have had a package damaged along with the contents, apparently run over by a forklift and still delivered to my home with no explanation or note. I have had a package in a cardboard box that had been ripped open with the contents stolen while in transit, marked with a stamp as damaged, and still delivered to my home with no explanation, just a box with a hole ripped into it, and just this past weekend I had 2 packages containing 5 items simply go undelivered, while the mail carrier marked them as delivered in the system. I opened a complaint ticket, with still no word about what happened. I dread having to visit USPS locations, the good staff are typically overworked and over-stressed, while others are just lazy.

Had a good experience with this post office recently. I have lived in Titusville for 10 years and have been treated fairly and have had none of the issues above. I have dealt with everyone there and received good service. As far as the post office going out of business that would be a shame. They provide a much needed service I would have serious concerns over privatization for the purpose of mail delivery Over the years I have always gotten my mail. I understand people getting upset where money is concerned but there will always be issues and errors no matter who provides the service.When my father relied on certified mail for the delivery of his cancer medication the postman always ensured it got to us. Even in the rain he would come to the door. The price points are fair and the USPS is the only money making entity the government has.

Twice this week packages have been delivered by a substitute mail carrier, left at my roadside mail box. First time was after dark close to 8 pm, leaving 2 packages in box with front and back doors down. Second time, TODAY at roughly 2 pm, the box was left next to mailbox on the ground and she drove over newly laid sod. Given the increase in package theft, this is unacceptable! Having spent one Christmas season working as a temp postal employee, these actions were at the time not within USPS regulations. Can only hope that the thank you gift left in my box went to my regular mail carrier, who goes above and beyond, always leaving packages securely inside my mailbox or on my front porch. Please forward this review to Titusvilles Post Master. Will also follow up with at visit to local office to report. Thank you.

I moved to Titusville a year ago. The biggest complaint I have are the lazy mail carriers. Good luck if anyone ever sends you a certified letter. The mail carrier wont even leave her truck to ring your doorbell. Shell automatically fill out a "Sorry We Missed You" notice, put it in your mail box and tell you to go pick it up yourself the next day after 9 am. Dont even think about the carrier redelivering it. She wont. I sheduled a specific date for redelivery, even had a confirmation number. Nope! The day came and went. Again, she refused to leave her truck and walk the 25 ft to my door. The letter probably wasnt even in the mail truck.

I recently moved to an apartment and I couldnt access my mailbox. I went to the post office to see about getting my mailbox re-keyed. The Postmaster helped me with my request. When I explained that I was waiting on a very important package, he personally drove out to my place to open up the mailbox for me. The package I was expecting wasnt in the mailbox. The following day I was able to give him the tracking number and he and his staff located my package. I found the Postmaster to be very personable and helpful. I cant believe I am saying this about a post office, but this is the BEST customer service I have ever received.

First the work order was lost for the mail box where I moved to. Then I get the confirmation letter from the USPS and my address is wrong. I call the USPO Titusville and after making 5 calls someone finally picks up. Hell help me as soon as he is done helping a customer. Ten minutes later ,still on hold, I finally hang up. As a retired RN I know for certain not one patient would have tolerated this and I would have been fired. I was told Titusville was a city off the dark ages. Now I know the USPO employs relics of the dark ages who cant even enter a change of address correctly.

The art of customer service is lost at this post office except for maybe one or two employees. Ive never had a positive experience at this location. The supervisor speaks condescendingly to all guests and could really care less about making sure the customer leaves with a positive experience. Its sad to see that the USPS employs people lacking in empathy and good will. Since its the only location, Titusville is stuck with this unresolved issue. They dont have to care because were forced to continue to come back. This is why Fed-Ex and UPS will always be a superior experience.

I has a package of medications that were supposedly delivered to my mailbox last Sunday. According to the post office tracking information, the package was left in my mailbox. Since I have a lockable mailbox, I know nobody removed the package from the mailbox and I know I never retrieved it from the mailbox. When I called the post office to investigate further, the phone just kept ringing and ringing until someone eventually hung it up. Great service USPS. No wonder theyre going bankrupt.

The supervisor was so wonderful to my husband and to myself! She was caring and very understanding! Not sure what he name was but she had blonde shorter hair. We was having a issue and went to her for help, and she went above and beyond to help us and she didnt even know us! She was such an amazing women and wish the world was filled with more people like her!!! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, our experience was amazing! And we do not work at the post office!!!

Ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter online and purchased 2-day shipping through USPS. They never updated the tracking info and it didnt arrive after four days. Looking for a Halloween costume on Halloween thanks to USPS. On top of that, their automated phone service takes you around in circles and to talk to a representative you have to wait through an estimated hold time of 24-32 minutes. Incredibly unhappy.

Titusville mail is a joke !! Ive never hace mail on time . mail comes after 6 pm the manager at postal office never has answers whats going on or he cant even contact drivers bc theres no drinking and answering phones when I see the delivery driver daily on his or her cell phones . I have important papers MIA on there clock .. This postal is a joke use cocoa before this crap hole ..

Horrible horrible and beyond terrible had a very important letter that needed to get to a family member and its been a week when the mail usually takes 4-5 days at the most so either the mail is late, lost, or stolen I hope its just late but still horrible horrible horrible this post office sucks now I understand why there is so many bad reviews!!
