My experience here shows me that when they dont feel like lookin for your mail, they pass you off and tell you anything just to send you away. I have been looking for important mail and I moved and to my astonishment I never knew you have to wait 10 darn days to receive forwared mail. That never happened before when I moved. I got forwarded mail right away. If I could give this post office a 0, I would , because they dont even deserve my 1 rating. I hate this place. Im so over Youngstown. I hate it here. And the post office too. The only good thing that I can say is that they kept a smile on their face while they blew me and my mother off. Point blank. Other mail associates from different establishments told us a whole different thing, And and even the mail carriers told us we could get our mail from the post office. The post office down town are the only ones saying we cant our mail. Like FR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are the laziest excuse of a post office that I have ever seen they dont ever answer the phone and when they do they say what ever just to hurry up and get you off the phone. The mail carriers apparently dont give a damn about your mail because they keep putting my husband mail in a whole other persons mail box even after I called and confronted them on it they are the worst and someone needs to get off there ass down there and actually do some damn work if I dont get someone to answer this phone asap I will do all I have to and go over there heads I AM NO PLAYING

Impossible to get in touch with anyone. Called 10 times over the course of 2 hours and it went straight to voicemail after 2 rings. How can a post office operate like this? The struthers branch has the best customer service ive ever seen. Strange how it can be the total opposite at another location. All you need to do is ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

bad dont even bother no one ever picks up the phone an when thay do thay cant do any thing for u becuse some one is haveing a shity day thx o i call 8 or 9 times an when some one did pick up she says whats up as if shes talking to a friend lol then hangs up all i want is my mail this is some crap

You can call 20 times, theyll never answer the phone, makes it impossible to figure out whats wrong when a package is late/possibly lost
