Best plumbing service in Miami!!!!. Oscar did jet cleaning and camera inspection of the drain at my house and let me tell you this, he went above and beyond to fix the problem, I had other highly rated company perform the same job before, but after seeing what Oscar did and comparing to what others do, I know that I will never use anyone else but 24 hour rooter services. When he learned that I already spent money on same job with other company and they did not perform the service correctly, he gave me a big discount and really helped me out, which shows what kind of person he is on personal level. He is very knowledgeble and professional and as soon as you meet him you will see that customer service is number one priority on his list. After finishing job he did not run away like most companies do, he made sure he answered all my questions and gave me very helpful suggestions about some other projects that i had in mind. So guys if you need job done professionally and much cheaper then other companies stop looking elsewhere just call Oscar.

On February 5, 2017 I had problems with the plumbing in my rental property, I was referred by a friend to call Oscar at 24 Hour Rooter Services. I was able to speak to him and told him about the emergency. He was most helpfull and professional and within an hour he was at the property. He inspected the sewer line with his camera cleared and cleaned the line. He found the problem was with the City. He called the Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Dept. and they came the same day at 8:00 pm found the problem and requested the City come and cleared the obstruction that was causing the blockage. Oscar was at the property from 3:00 pm till 9:pm that the city truck left. I more than highly recommend 24 hour Rooter Services and Oscar the owner. He is highly professional, considerate, affable , hardworking and honest. Should you have any plumbing problems you will always be glad you called him

I have just had the best plumbing experience in my entire life! I called 24 Hour Rooter Services and they scheduled an appointment for me the next day. A sweet, skilled, adorable young plumber, Oscar arrived, explained the situation to me, gave me choices. He then FIXED IT with some parts I had found... and he did not charge me. He said they are a neighborhood service and are very understanding of situations like mine. This time it was not major surgery! I still cannot believe this. As a 50-year resident on the coral gable, I have never experienced such generosity, professionalism and patience with a situation like this in my entire life. Oscar was very professional. I called him at 11 am with a broken shower handle issue. He immediately had me text him pictures and let me know he would have to take apart the shower handle and take it to a supply store to see what it would cost, and he could be at my house within an hour. He was up front with his labor rate and said he would not mark up the parts. He showed up on time, took the part, and then drove across town to a supply store so he could get me the part the same day. He called and came back that afternoon. Excellent, quick service and affordable cost, and most of all an honest professional. I will definitely be calling Oscar if i have any other plumbing issues. 5 stars!

Call 24 Hour Rooter Services last night for my bathroom clogg.after i call 4 plumber arround none answer he came give me a quote wish was a great deal one in t and he came to unclog my kitchen sink drain and give me a really good price and I was done like in less than half an hour and I want to say thank you for the service after I call and so many people to come to my house and nobody want to come because they say was emergency charges overtime fee I really appreciate your offer and keep it up thank you for you cooperation and great job.

Oscar was great. I called four other plumbers before I saw great reviews for 24 hr rooter on Yelp. I called for a quote and he told me I could send him pictures so he could give me a more exact price. I loved that he was willing to do that for me, because other companies seemed scared to give an exact price. Once here, he and the other service provider worked quickly and without disturbing the area at all--- they even cleaned everything up! I would definitely recommend and Ill call them again if (God forbid) I need to!

Best of all, my service (install and remove water heater) got perfect and was done in a timely way. His quote for the service was good too, his price was 30% less than his competitors.
