My day started with a huge challenge. A broken toilet and family arriving from Brazil all on the same day. so I started my day calling every company in South Beach but no luck to a same day service. that’s when I received a call back from my 1st call of the day, Nicolay from AAA Plumbing. I explained that I had an emergency and we agreed to meet in 20 min at my apt. that was 3pm. My guests were arriving Miami at 5pm. I knew that I had an extra 2 hours for them to go through customs and car rental. So me and Nick got to work. He offered to come with me to Home Depot to help me pick a new toilet for a full installation. we drove together under heavy rain and traffic on a Friday afternoon, pick all the parts from home depot and drove back home, arriving at 4:30 pm. so nick started his magic working on the toilet replacement that was in a terrible condition after more than 10 years of use. As I was shaking thinking that task was going to be impossible Nick assured me that everything was going to be fine and on time. so for the next 3 hours he transformed and old, filthy broken toilet in a brand new nicely installed new one. In all my 23 years leaving in the US I’ve never seen such a service. when my guests arrived Nick was in the final stages of cleaning as he left my apt cleaner than it was and he 1st arrived. this guy saved my life. he’s a genius and I’ll thank him forever to save my life in that urgent situation I have nothing but good things to describe this guy: professional, clean, honest a real plumbing expert with a very good price. So Nick, thanks for the excellent job you’re the best, you deserve 5 stars on any review. Martin

If I could give this business a zero I would. I had trouble calling from my phone where he could not hear me and he immediately blocked me when I tried to call back. I called back from my husbands phone and the man on the other end asked me weird questions. He told me he blocked me which I thought was very unprofessional. I got the vibe he was not good business and told him Im cancelling because he was very rude. I politely hung up and this person texted my hubbys phone and told me I was disrespectful. Really, what business person does that!! Disgusting Update after the owners response... Please do not continue to harass me. I am able to post my review of your bad behavior. You were extremely rude to me, sent me a very nasty text message after I changed my mind to use your service and now posting these lies as if I work for Air B&B and commiting fraud. You are making up these lies to cover up your bad business. You were better off apologizing for offending me to make you look better to potential customers. In addition, your response has spelling errors and does not make sense. There is no scam, all I needed was an extension to a drain pipe. I called a reputable plumber and issue resolved. When people dont want to use you because you were rude, you should just accept it and not send disgusting text.

Absolutely wonderful! My wife and I had the water in our bathtub start running uncontrollably on a Saturday afternoon. I called AAA Plumbing and the owner came straight over and stopped the water from flowing. He was on his day off having coffee with his friend when I called and he dropped everything to come help. He didnt have his tools with him on his day off, but he was still able to solve the crisis with the tools we have in the apartment. And he didnt even charge us for the service! Truly a very kind and generous man. I recommend 100% We are now his loyal customers and friends.

I called to make an appointment and requested a price range for faucet repair. He said text me the details and a picture, ignored my request for a quote and hung up. I called back and was told I can get a quote when he can see the picture of the faucet. Hour after I send him the information, I ask him to confirm he got it and I got back an "Ok". I then again requested the price range and was ignored - which led me to book with Handybook instead. Who knows if he would have even showed up. Zero customer service. Thanks for nothing.

My home was without hot water for several weeks, another plumber said he was in the process of fixing it and was waiting for parts, however never actually got the work completed. I had tenants that were very angry, and had already lost money on the job. I called AAA and he completed the job very quickly, was easy to get a hold of and the price was very fair, especially considering the rush job. I am very pleased with the work, and I am grateful to have a good plumbing resource moving forward. Thank You!

Honestly I dont think you will find more honest people. For the past month Ive been struggling with plumbers trying to find someone that will fix my toilet. They would unclog it and leave, two days later another clog. Finally AAA came to my house and were the only plumbers that didnt try to just unclog it and leave. They were brutally honest about what I needed and were willing to work with me. I highly recommend them especially on south beach.

I scheduled a same day appointment with AAA plumbing services based on the 5 star google reviews. We spoke in the morning scheduled a one hour appointment for the evening. We confirmed via text after our phone conversation. When the appointment time rolled around he didnt show up. When I called, his phone went to voicemail and the text I sent unanswered. I will be looking for services elsewhere. Very disappointing!

AAA plumbing is awesome! I called initially for a clog. After a thorough diagnose, they told me the issue was the rust inside the pipe, and the best and permanently solution is to change the pipe under the tub. It was hard work. They are super professional. They even added a drain to the tub without additional charge. Price is even better than being fair! I would definitely recommend AAA to other people!

Repaired my shower and hot water heater. Very efficient! Edit: I contacted the company days later for follow up because after he left the water temp was too hot. As you can see from the thread, he was not interested in helping after he already received my money. As of today, the nozzle that I paid $175 to fix is broken again. Will be using another company go forward

Highly recommended. I had an issue with the water line to my refridgerator and I called Mr. Plumber after doing an online search. He answered his phone politely, asked for pictures, came to assess and then returned a while later to tackle the problem. He went above and beyond and to make a long story short...problem solved! Ill definitely call again. Thank you!

Mr. Plumber shows up in a suit! He fixed my garbage disposal in just a few minutes, then he fixed my dishwasher that was leaking for the last six months! He even found the attachment to my vacuum cleaner. He actually fixed everything not just a band aid. Highly recommended, good prices, very knowledgable . Very funny too.
