Very disorganized. Plumber originally diagnosed problem, was paid for service, then was out with an injury. Roto-Rooter did not follow up on my request to contact him with a return date, however they did take my billing information. After calling them again and verifying billing information the same plumber showed up (three weeks later) without tools or parts, claiming to have had no direction from the office about what to do. Plumber returned two days later, then told the unit resident he didnt have any billing information. I contacted their office again, verified billing again, asked why plumber didnt have or wasnt given this. They said they would call the plumber. Five minutes later the plumber shows up in my office complaining about lack of payment for a job he had not yet started. Tells me no one in the office has my billing information. Plumber seemed very animated and eager to leave. Wisely parted ways with Roto-Rooter at this point.

The reason I even thought to call Roto-Rooter when my toilet was clogged was because of the show Undercover Boss. When Spencer Lee the CEO was on the show I was impressed by his employees and his willingness to improve his company and how he cared about his employees and customers. When I called the customer service person was very polite, friendly and helpful. I was not home when the service person Dennis came to my house to do the work but my mother was there for me. She said he was very professional and did a great job! The result was the toilet was unclogged and he was done in less then an hour and the price was fair. Michael-Port St. Lucie FL

My downstairs shower and toilet backed up Friday evening on 4th of July weekend with a house full of guests. Fan frickin tastic. I thought I was stuck with that situation until Tuesday for sure. Called like five plumbers and only a couple answered and no one was working. Called Roto Rooter and they sent someone with no bs service charge that everyone else does. The guy who came was very professional and worked for about three hours and reassured me that I would not pay a dime unless the clog was cleared. He got it and the price was fixed and clear from the beginning. Highly recommend this company.

On February 24th, 2013, we needed a plumber. We had to call Roto-Rooter, hesitant because we were sure we were going to be charged double because it was a Sunday morning. To our surprise and relief, not only was the charge reasonable, the workmanship was superb! The technician, Nate, was professional and very well qualified; he explained every step, showed us the problem, literally with a camera and monitor. He fixed the problem and cleaned up immaculately before he left. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter in West Palm Beach if you want excellent service and your plumbing problem solved!

After our neighbor used a local service to repair a problem that affected us, we had Dennis come back to repair the sloppy job they had done. The Town of Jupiter said the previous repair wouldnt last so advised us to leave hole in yard by water meter open until our plumber could come and fix it correctly. We had Dennis 2 years ago and were very impressed with his competency so requested him. Roto-Rooter was kind enough to pull him from his area to accommodate our request. Thank you for being there when we needed help.

Perfect experience! Firstly, I received notice by phone when they were on their way. The plumber arrived at my house on time and was very knowledgeable. He not only fixed the issue that was a backup in the main sewage line coming out of my house, but took the time to go over how the plumbing is laid out in my 67yr old Lake Worth house (with additions). It was a very happy and friendly experience. I guess that is why Roto-Rooter are the pros at what they do. I can not thank them enough, Thank you Roto-Rooter!

I contacted Roto-Rooter Plumbing from 7656 W Industrial Way, West Palm Beach, FL 33404 to help with a clogged toilet. The plumber arrived in under an hour to diagnose the issue. Apparently my nephew found it suitable to sink a bottle of elmers glue in the toilet. This was not a problem for the plumber. In under 20 minutes, my toilet was clog free and this even included him removing my toilet. The plumber was very cordial and polite with me and my family. Great People + Great Service= A Great Company!

This company ROTO-ROOTER saved me. I did my talents on the clog no results. I hired another company first and the employee did his best at 1 ½ hours. Worker informs me that I needed new pipes. I called roto-rooter as my next try. Worker tells me he’ll get it done. I paced from one area of my work to another. Im getting nervous. Then worker calmly tells me it was unclogged. He used a different device to cut through the insides of the rustic cast iron pipes. I am a ecstatic customer.

I had a clogged drain which backed up my Kitchen and Laundry area in the garage and basically flooded the areas a little bit. I cleaned up all the water and then I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers on Jan 2, 2015 and the Plumber was out here in 90 minutes and fixed my drain problem by using a snake. The plumber was a really really nice guy and I am very thankful to him for his professionalism, and his ability to diagnose the problem very quickly and fix it quickly as well. Thank You Very Much

Palm Beach Gardens: The Roto-Rooter gentleman was professional, courteous, and pleasant. Plumbing repairs are expensive regardless of task. However, my serviceman negotiated a better price on my behalf. I called in the morning and my clogged sewer line was fixed in approx. 20 minutes, from arrival to finish. I would definitely call this office again for any future issues!

My technician was Yony Mota. This is the most experienced and professional technician that I have ever met. I had two other technicians out prior to his visit that did not take the time to discover what my issue was. He was very kind and patient. Serviceman was very polite, he arrived about 8:30 PM asked about the problem, viewed the situation and went about resolving it in a very clean and precise mamor. I would recomend them as my drain was cleared a few monthes ago by a different with half the garentee and much slower sevice nd obviously worse results.

Adam was very helpful at our place in Lauderdale by the Sea on N. Tradewinds. He explained the process and what the options were ahead of time. However, price seemed a bit steep ($180 for a quick fish-through of the toilet that took 5 - 10 minutes - not sure how that equates?).

The staff is friendly and courteous, the service prompt and professional, the work was top rate, the prices were a little high, but I think all plumbers charge like that. I have used them before and will do so again.
